The Matter is Now Close: Dibba and Mballow Disagreement

By Suntou Touray, Coordinator UDP-U.K

Editor Pa,

Thanks for bringing to our attention the difference of opinion between our long serving UDP U.S member Mr. Ebrima Dibba and Saihou Mballow, the former New York coordinator. Mr. Mballow resigned his position nearly six months ago. We within the UDP knew it; hence to us it is not news Mr. Mballow announcing the resignation now. However, for the consumption of rest of non-UDP members, the announcement might be a necessary step. The only curious question one is obliged to ask is why now, when the matter happened since October?

Ebrima Dibba Versus Saihou Mballow

What Is Going On????

Ebrima Dibba, the self confessed Lamin Waa Juwara indoctrinated political student is very upset with Saihou Mballow, the erstwhile UDP Coordinator in New York City. Mr. Dibba’s “beef” with Saihou revolves around Mballow’s recent move to circulate his resignation letter to the press. He thinks this was uncalled for on the side of  a person he calls “my big brother” Saihou Mballow. Dibba is of the view that Mr. Mballow ought to have move on with his life without discussing his resignation with the press—given the fact that he Mballow resigned as UDP coordinator six months ago. He questions the rationale behind his move.

Ebrima Dibba Is Upset With Mballow!
