Costly,Costly,not cheap!

Marks on the face, marks on the torso,marks on the limbs.

Leaping whips, Screaming crouches.

When will it all stop?

The Almighty knows,’ cause He started time.

'Harbaah-mo-mun-heureum' the performance of sacred verses supersedes myth.

'Gollo-hamut-mbaja'-Monkeys do not use blankets.

When the creeping waves hit the shores....Hmmm.

When the shells are being washed away....Hmmm.

Time after time bad blood is spreading on the national floor.

NAWEC has been a gold mine for Jammeh-Why?

There are experts who believe that President Jammeh from 1994 to now has been particularly interested in NAWEC.He has not been hiding his interest towards specific places within his government especially these;GAMTEL,Dept of State Finance-Central Bank, Customs and other income generating depts like GPTC-Gambia Public Transport Cooperation, Cooperative Union,Dept of Natural Resources(which he established),the Dept of Petroleum(which is still only a wild dream) and then GIA. When one looks back and then studies President Jammeh's path it is not difficult to see his foot prints in the coffers of these very institutions.

The insider I have been speaking to says...AU is not in for President Jammeh,it is obliged to come.

Many people cannot still find out the reason behind the AU's decision to meet in The Gambia? To be hosted by a President who feeds on human flesh and blood? Within a personal perspective it is not going to be easy for any of us to accept what is going. However, within a professional mind the insider I spoke to today advanced the following idea in response to the AU's critics on line. Or vis-à-vis its readiness to meet in Banjul at all cost. In all honesty I am not convinced but what the person I met today said cannot also be thrown away as rubbish. represented at the UN. Of course the country was still under President Jammeh. Worst of all The Gambia was at the UN before the 2001 elections according to my source.
