President Jammeh Might Fall Soon-Shocking Revelations about A falling African Despot!!! President Jammeh Might Fall Soon-Shocking Revelations about A Falling African Despot!!!
Jammeh Used To Be Called "Boy Jolla" By The Diab Family Who Fed Him With Food Left Outs!!!
12 Years Of the APRC Gov't Marred By Killing Of Deyda Hydara, Daba Marena, Lowe And Others....
Freedom Newspaper Profiles President Yahya Jammeh-Gambia's Iron Hand Dictator Will Soon Be History!
President Yahya Jammeh settled into the West African country, The
Gambia when he was pretty young accompanied by his parents from
Casamance. Jammeh was born in the Southern Provence of Casamance and
later raised in Foni, a provincial locality in the Gambia. His Gambian
citizenship has been a subject of discussion across the country, as
many people doubted his Gambian citizenship claim. This to some extent
affected Jammeh in many ways in his life as an impoverished kid. Jammeh
came from a poor family back ground just like some of us whom he
perceives as his biggest threat today. Jammeh's initial bid to join
the then Gendamerie was greeted with big opposition by those charged
with the responsibility of screening military recruit applicants. When
a back ground check was conducted on him, Jammeh was dropped on non
citizenship grounds. He was also being associated with fugitive Kukoi
Samba Sanyang, the mastermind of the 1981 abortive coup, which left
hundreds of Gambians dead. While Jammeh has no relationship with Kukoi,
earlier reports suggested that he was a blood relative of Kukoi. Thanks
to the former Tourism Minister Alkali James Gaye, Jammeh was admitted
into the army. James helped Jammeh a great deal in life. Had been that
it was not James Gaye, Jammeh would not have been a soldier in the
first place. Little did James know at the time that he was helping a
man who was going to wage an arm resurrection against the very
government he served over the years. Jammeh has been a stubborn kid. We
will come to that later.

Jammeh Father Was A Wrestler
President
Jammeh's special liking for wrestling has not been an ordinary one. He
inherited wrestling from his dad. This where the days when Casamance
wrestlers crossed into the Gambia for wrestling. Jammeh's father was
also a traditional healer. Jammeh was also a wrestler during his tender
age. His father settled into the Gambia through wrestling contest
organized by the two countries. His mum Ajaratu Asombi Bojang has been
known as a petty trader in Bakau. Coming from a poor back ground,
Jammeh found life very miserable as a youth man. His parents worked
very hard to make him productive. Upon completing his primary
education, Jammeh moved to Buwiam Secondary school, where he spent few
years before proceeding to the Gambia High School. While in Buwiam,
Jammeh was hosted by the family of Abdoulie Kujabi. The Kujabi family
provided him with food shelter and all what not. The same Jammeh later
hated the very Kujabi family who helped to up bring him. He charged
Abdoulie Kujabi with concealment of coup attempt while arresting his
brother James Kujabi. James later left the country after he was
dismissed from his state house protocol job. Jammeh's mum have spoken
out against her son's betrayal schemes against the people who bettered
his life at one point or the other. Some even blamed Asombi's recent
ailing health condition to heart attack, as she cannot withstand
Jammeh's recent crack down against his own family members and former
close associates. The woman feels that her son was bound to fail in the
short term as a leader. That Jamme cannot get away from such betrayal
schemes. Asombi is not happy with Jammeh to say the least. She is very
worried about her son's future and is constantly picking on Jammeh to
be God fearing. That the culture of killings, disappearances and
torture should cease.
Pa Alphonse Tamba must be shocked at his grave.
President
Jammeh has no relative in the capital city Banjul and its surrounding
when he was admitted at the Gambia high school, as a provincial boy.
Jammeh's parents scouted for Guardianship for their loved one
everywhere but without success. Thanks to a Christian senior citizen
in the person of Pa Alphose Tamba, Jammeh was finally assured of a
place where he can live and go to school. Pa Tamba was a very caring
elder in Latri-Kunda German. The old man was charged with the
responsibility of taking care of Jammeh and Sussan Waffa Ogoo, the
current Minister of Tourism. Pa Tamba did all what he can to make the
two to be productive members of society. While Sussan is not related to
Jammeh, thanks to Pa Tamba the two later became brothers and sisters.
Pa Tamba was not surprised when Jammeh walked into his house in
Latri-Kunda to inform him that he had taken over the country from
Jawara's government. Tamba had earlier warned him against his
leadership dreams and to be loyal to the state. The old man told him to
return the country, but he refused. Pa Tamba was against the coup and
never minced his feelings about it.
Ramzia Diab was Jammeh's neighbor.
Ramzia
Diab lived opposite Pa Tamba's house in Latri-kunda. She still resides
in that house, where Jammeh used to crash for food in those days. The
Diab family also helped poor Jammeh. Food left outs from Ramzia's home
were usually handed over to Jammeh. Jammeh spent most his time at
Ramzia's house when Pa Tamba was away from home. As soon as the old man
walked into the house, Jammeh will report to base as he knows what will
visit him if Pa Tamba asked about his whereabouts. Jammeh cannot
dispute my claim as there are witnesses to attest to this fact.
Ramzia's involvement into APRC politics was driven by her past close
ties with Jammeh. Almost all the Diab family know Jammeh. They used to
call him boy Jolla. Jammeh used to brew attaya for this woman. Ramzia
cannot be bullied by Jammeh, a man she helped. If it were not the the
likes of Ramzia, Jammeh would have been scanvanging for food at the
kotu Kuwareh just like one of those kids featured by local papers. Pa
Tamba was finding it difficult to feed the kanilai boy. He likes
eating. If Jammeh decides to forget the help extended to him in the
past by the Diab family then so be it. Jammeh should come to his senses
and remember that these were the very people who used to give him food
remnants and school fees. Ungratefulness don't pay. When he nominated
Ramzia as an MP, people viewed his action as a compensation since the
lady and her family helped him when he was nothing. But the same
Jammeh woke up one fine morning and arrested Ramzia Diab accusing her
of coup plot. Ramzia was abused and physically tortured by his
junglers. Thanks to a state house insider this information was released
to us.
Jammeh's coming in 1994
When
President Jammeh took over power in 1994, he made all kinds of promises
to Gambians. He accuses the PPP of overstaying in power and official
corruption. The same Jammeh was on record for having said that future
leaders of the country cannot rule the Gambia for more than two terms
and promised to share the national cake fairly. Jammeh's promise to end
impunity is also on record. To the surprise of many, the same Jammeh
deviated from all his promises. He said he is here to stay for another
thirty years. He vows that coups and elections cannot remove him from
power. Jammeh repeatedly extends invitations to the army to topple him
and see what will happened. From 1994 to date the country has witnessed
more than 18 so called foiled coups and counter coups. Hundreds of
soldiers have died in active duty in the name of coup plot, while many
have fled the country in fear for their lives. The darkest day of the
country's military was the November 11 alleged foiled coup where young
army officers were murdered in cold blood and buried in mass graves.
Many soldiers are still declared missing as their loved ones cannot
account for their whereabouts. Jammeh was the brain behind the said
killings, under the commands of his former vice chairman Sanna B
Sabally. Again on April 10, 2000, Jammeh ordered for the killing 14
unarmed school children who were protesting against the killing of
their colleague Ebrima Barry. Radio SUD FM journalist and Red Cross
Volunteer Omar Barrow was killed during the said demonstration by
Jammeh's wild soldiers. Jammeh's rule is characterized by blood shed
and persecution of political opponents.
The Killing of Deyda Hydara
The
killing of journalist Deyda Hydara shocked the entire country. The
government is linked to his killing. Deyda was one of those brave
journalists who had the daring mind to speak his mind on issues of
national concern. His popular column called "Good morning,
Mr.President" was well read in the country. The President hated Deyda
in all aspect. He don't like what the man writes about his dictatorial
tendencies. Prior to his murder both Deyda and my very self were being
closely watched by Jammeh's junglers. In one of my arrest, a police
officer came to the point to pose as a news client of mine. He lied to
the watchman Pa Dembo that he was in the office to see me as he the
officer had a scoop to give me. Pa Dembo told the officer that I was
not around and suggested to the officer to give the story to other
journalists in the news room. These were the words of the officer" It
is only Pa Nderry who can relay the said story. For him anytime he
writes, it will appear on the paper the next day. We wouldn't mind to
seat and wait for him." said the police detective from Dalaba. The
officers later left the Point and decided to hide at a near by
neighborhood.
As soon as I walked into my office, the late Pa
Dembo told me that some people came to ask for me under the pretext
that they had a big scoop to pass on to me. While trying to settle in
my office, one of the officers came and announced that I was under
arrest. That they received orders from the top to effect my arrest. Our
offices were being frequently placed under surveillance, as the state
wanted to know the people who provided us with information. Deyda
personally told me that he spotted strange faces around our offices on
a daily basis. Deyda was later killed. I have no doubt in my mind that
Deyda was killed by agents of the Gambia Government. I was equally
going to be killed if I had stayed in the country. Even though I left
the country, I'm still rattling Jammeh's cage thanks to our leading
Freedom Newspaper online. He sponsored hackers to penetrate our
files, but we are still stronger than ever before. Jammeh is still
holding people he branded as our informants in NIA torture chambers.
The stories are still coming from the state house despite his attempt
to detain these innocent Gambians. This is the paper giving Jammeh
sleepless nights. We are ready to expose Jammeh come what may.
Daba Marena's killing
Daba
Marena was one of those NIA agents who used to run Jammeh's dirty
games. When Deyda Hydara was killed, Daba and his boys cooked up a so
called confidential report accusing Hydara of being a womanizer and
also a provocateur. They blamed Deyda's death to the above reasons.
Barely, a year passes Daba was arrested and accused of coup plot
alongside with other service chiefs. Daba was alleged to have been one
of the ring leaders of the said coup and was executed in grand style by
Jammeh's jungglers together with four others. Daba later became a
victim of the government he helped to kill and exiled Gambians. Daba
could not believe it when he was dragged from his prison cells and
later taken to a firing range where he and other security detainees were
summarily executed by the government. Jammeh gave orders for their
killing. Some of the army officers who took part into the killings were
later promoted. Spilling Deyda Hydara's blood will lead to Jammeh's down fall. All those linked to Deyda's murder directly or indirectly will
have a bad ending in life. Let watch and see what will happen to
Jammeh. Deyda belonged to the Sheriff clan and his killers will live to
regret it. As President Jammeh seeking for third term re-election, we
Gambians as concerned Gambians are praying his down fall through
democratic means. 12 years of Jammeh's rule has been marred by
killing, torture, arrest, forceful exile and underdevelopment. Jammeh
will go down in history as Gambia's iron hand dictator and a serial
killer. We pray for the day when he will be handcuffed and placed under
the dock to face charges of crime against humanity. That day is slowly
but surely coming. God save the Gambia from this terrorist. Our people
are dying for nothing. | Posted on Thursday, September 14, 2006 (Archive on Sunday, October 29, 2006) Posted by PNMBAI Contributed by PNMBAI
