Breaking News: Devastating Revelations At a Washington Court-EAW Chief Denies Having An Affair With Gambian First Lady!
John
Aycoth Tells Court that some officials in Banjul suggest to the
President that there was something going on between him and the first
lady... By Our Washington DC Legal Affairs Correspondent
While
President Yahya Jammeh and his supporters are celebrating his third
term re-election, a shocking bombshell emerged from a Washington
Federal Court House, when John Aycoth the Chief Executive officer of
the US leading lobby firm gave a devastating testimony in court
Monday, alleging that their were people surrounding the President who
tried to smear his image to the President suggesting that something
was going on between him and the First lady Zeinab Suma Jammeh during
her past Washington visits. The veteran lobbyist who had fallen out
with President Jammeh after he slambed half a million United States
dollars law suit against the Jammeh administration told the court that
he was warned by the former Gambian Ambassador to the United States
John P Bojang to watch his back as there was a conspiracy reached to
destroy his relationship with the Gambian leader by certain people
close to the head of state.
 John Denies the allegations...
The lobbyist who spent hours
testifying informed the court that Ambassador Bojang did told him that
James Kujabi former Deputy Protocol officer at the State House,
Ambassador Blaize Jagne, and businessman Amadou Samba were trying smear
his image to the President by suggesting that something was going on
between him and the first lady during her past US visits.
Led in
evidence by his attorney, the American Aycoth flatly denied the
allegations of having any affair with the First lady. The EWA Chief
told the court that each time he visits the First lady at her hotel
room, there were people present. He adduced that people like Fatou and
Alhagie Martin, a body guard attached to the First Lady were always
with him at the First Lady's hotel room. As a lobbyist John was tasked
with the responsibility of taking care of the first lady's visits and
hotel accommodations. Aycoth told the court that he executed the work
assigned to him by the President and nothing else.
John
Aycoth's yesterday testimony was very revealing. The lobbyist who is
expected to continue his testimony in court this morning also testified
how "corrupt Gambian officials" tried to block his projects in the
past.
The Freedom Newspaper has learnt that witnesses from
South Africa and England were in DC getting ready to testify in the
high profile case which is in high gears at this hour. Gambian
Ambassador to the United Nations Crispin Grey-Johnson was in court
yesterday. Trial resumes this morning.
Editors note: The Freedom
Newspaper will publish the court proceedings verbatim once we received
the electronic version. Stay tuned.
