Horomsi:Did Jammeh Collapsed On Koriteh Day? Jammeh's relative say the President was Okay!
Horomsi:Did Jammeh Collapsed On Koriteh Day? Gambian Leader suffering from depression-Reports reveal!

Has President Yahya Jammeh collapsed shortly after the Monday Koriteh prayers? Was he ill? What's going on at the State House? The whole country is talking again. Some said Jammeh was hit by a sudden illness. Some said the man collapsed at the palace. The rumour was just wild. I dare print what I heard here for ethical reasons. I don't know who are these people spreading the said rumour about Jammeh's ailing health. The state house webmaster also contributed to the said rumour by failing to publish Jammeh's Ramadan speech. The state house website has not been updated for days, which is very unusual. The Daily Observer is also down. I personally contacted a brother of President Jammeh, but he told me that Jilanka was alive and okay. But this is not enough. We need Jammeh to come out in the public view and say something. We all know how Jammeh uses Koriteh to settle old scores with his opponents. Horomsi is reporting what he heard in the streets of Banjul. These reports are not good news anyway. If it 's really true that President Jammeh is okay health wise the state house should issue a statement to dispel this wild rumour in town.

President Jammeh is bound to develop depression problem as he is confronted with a lot of pressing state matters. He has not only betrayed his colleagues he pioneered the coup with but had also spilled a lot of blood in a span of 12 years. Many fortunetellers have predicted that Jammeh was on his last days and as such would sacrifice anyone he suspect of being a threat. In Africa, the predictions of  such fortunetellers usually turned out to be true. A soldier told me that the situation was under control, but where is Jammeh?  Jammeh according the reports I gathered is in bad condition of health. Some even said the President was suffering from depression and nightmares.

As I piece this write up together, a source said some relatives and government officials paid a courtesy call on Jammeh at his Kanilai villa. Some said the President was being given treatment by some Cuban doctors at his villa. The whole country is talking again! The President they say was not a happy man.

Each the President's health condition is reported Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay will call the Observer to set the records straight. Perhaps, FJC will help to shed light on this disturbing news regarding Jammeh's ailing health. Some said they witnessed the President falling down at the state house. If the said report was intended to deceive Horomsi, then  those behind the rumour will be surprised to learn that I have been in touch with people close to Jammeh. These people run his Marabout errands across the sub-region. "HE is fine for now. I met him today. Yes, he is not happy but the situation is under control. He was sick for sometime now, but this does not prevent him from performing his functions. I will get back to you on the Koriteh issue. HE himself heard about the rumour."said my source.

If it's true that Jammeh is suffering from depression then it's high time he sought overseas treatment. As the situation appears, Jammeh is afraid to travel these days. The military boys are giving him sleepless nights. When I first heard about the rumour, I thought that it was a counter intelligence move to test the Freedom Newspaper. But we are too smart to be tested with such stories. Our sources are always ready round the clock to authenticate stories regarding Jammeh and his government. The people talking to us eat and drink with Yahya. They are at the heart of his government. We hope Jammeh will come out and tell the country what happened to him shortly after the Koriteh prayers. Gambians want to know. We hope Jilanka is okay as claimed by his brother.
