The ruling Alliance for Patriotic Re-orientation and Construction yesterday evening announced over GRTS the names of candidates selected to contest the 25th January National Assembly elections. Below are the lists of the names of the candidates and those retired:

These include: Alex Carvalho (Banjul South), Kofi Green Harris (Banjul Central), Jane Colley Faye (Lower Niumi), Abdoulie Jallow (Upper Niumi), Amadou khan (Jokadu), Kebba Touray (Illiasa), Kebba Lang Camara (Sabach Sanjal) Ndey Njie (Lower Saloum), Musa Sillah (Janjanbureh), Churchill Fallai Baldeh ( Former Majority Leader of the  National Assembly, Upper Fulladu), Musa A. Baldeh (Lower Fulladu), Eliman Secka (Niamina East) Ahmed Samba Sallah (Niamina West), Kebba Nget (Niamina Dankunku), Sutay Jawo (Kiang  Central), Musa Badjie     (Foni Bondali) , Fansu Jung Conteh ( Kombo East) and  Famadi Bojang (Kombo Central).

Other former representatives who are no more National Assembly Members  include:
