BY TIMBUKTU,GAMBIAN AFFAIRS POLITICAL COMMENTATOR
For so many months, weeks, days, minutes and seconds some of us have been talking to the public in pursuit of reality near a fake Yahya Jammeh. Many a times opportunists, demagogues and scary crazy beings who use texts from shelves covered by cob webs have been trying to smear dirt on what we say.
JAMMEH'S PAPER BENT ON LYING AGAINST LIBERIAN
PRESIDENT!!!!
No way Yahya! No way! Win or lose the 2006 elections Timbuktu sees no difference near you! You know why? Because when Yahya wins means he has proven to be a thief. When he loses means his opponents have also proven to solve the mystery behind Yahya Jammeh-The Gambia's Robin Hood the robber period! It is pleasing to read how Yahya Jammeh is spreading his venom without even realising it.
It is pleasing because this shows people why some of us do not recognize what Yahya says! Look take it or leave Yahya Jammeh is liar.He is a liar who perceives himself as a saint. He is a liar who lives within a society where myth is allowed to excel. It is a good breeding ground for a leaders like this man who grew under myth and sacred pools of witch craft. Who says the freedomnewspaper hates Yahya? Look at what he said on a non Gambian paper! Was this a story written by Pa Nderry Mbai or the allgambian.net? Nope!
Well a president saying this..."...If the judiciary wants to be independent let them not receive salary from the executive???..."This statement for sure will be featured on the human rights reports of foreign missions sending their reports home. This statement will for sure be kept against Yahya for a future trial.History will be trying Yahya sooner than he thinks God willing.
We are not frustrated when we say these things! Yahya I wish you saw where we live and how we spend our lives, you would have then known we are not as frustrated as the NIA and those who returned to scrape your bowls are telling you.Yahya shut the hell up! Please keep your mouth shut! You are disgracing everybody on the African plateau.Hear you talking about AU coming to Banjul. Sure AU will be there because this is a body that hails people who pay bills for them.Loom around you and ask yourselves the question! Why do these people like Timbuktu and co are always seeing the bad side of Yahya Jammeh whereas others see me as a saint? You know why Yahya? Timbuktu knows you more than Zeinab Jammeh. You are fake and everyday I am proven right.
Yahya do you know why my writings always appear as if I am fuming? In reality I am not angry.I do so because I want you to read that there are people you see you as NONSENSE! When I see Yahya Jammeh saying he is an ELEPHANT and the OPPOSITION ARE RATS! It makes me believe in God more. If God can raise a poor wrestler who inherited nothing but madness and night dances saying these demeaning things makes me see God's hidden Powers!
This is why HE said: ".... He can create life out of something dead and then put death into something living....." Yahya Jammeh's case should add faith into the hearts of those who worship the Almighty.
The more we move along this path called history the more people will realise that Yahya Jammeh is a curse for The Gambia. I am never carried away by those who shower these endless and shameless accolades on a mad man like Yahya Jammeh.Never! I swear to Allah I can disown my country for the sake of Yahya Jammeh. He is no where near faith. Some people misinterpret faith by thinking that when someone is at state house God loves them. That is total NONSENSE! Revisit history and tell me if Ahmad Bamba,Malik Sey,Baay Nyass and others were rich. Was Abdu Aziz Sey rich? He was not! Bamba had no huge residence.Muhammad (SAW) worked for Haddijatou before marrying her.She employed him.Couldn't God give Muhammad all the wealth in the world? Sure he could.
Jesus Christ was a shepherd! He was lashed and crucified by Roman soldiers who adored power.Does that mean God didn't like Jesus? Of course not.
Did God kill Caesar after Jesus was tortured to death? No. But what happened after that? Rome is now buried under the ground. Most of its big cities are under the sea.
Who cares about so-called rulers like Yahya where all these things are so clear in our minds.GAMBIANS HAVE FAITH IN GOD! STRIVE HARDER! DO NOT MEASURE TIME! THIS IS ABOUT STAMINA NOT SPEED! Where is Milosevic today? Dead like a dog in a cell! Where is Charles Taylor today? He has been served and his cell is in Freetown waiting for him. Did we not see on Jammeh's newpapers that Taylor is not a priority for Sirleaf? They are stupid liars.Even when lying they do not use intelligent tactics.Read this and tell me why Yahya should be called a serious democrat!

President Yahya Jammeh yesterday sworn in Justice (Mrs) Sanji Monageng, a Motswana (a citizen of Botswana), as the newest judge of The Gambia High Court.
Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony, President Jammeh expressed deep satisfaction with the fair gender representation in the judiciary and affirmed that he will not interfere with the judiciary of this country as long as they adhere to the rule of law. He emphasized that there is no country in this world where the judiciary are independent, explaining that they can only be independent when passing judgements. He said: “If the judiciary want to be independent then they should not receive their salaries from the executive
arm of the government.”
He assured the new judge that she will have his fullest support in the course of the discharge of her duties and pointed out that there can hardly be any meaningful peace without a proper judiciary, as there too cannot be a proper judiciary without peace. He commended the Commonwealth Secretariat for helping The Gambia with a judge of such calibre.
For her part, Ajaratou Dr Isatou Njie-Saidy, the Vice President and Secretary of State for Women’s Affairs, called on the judiciary to complement President Jammeh’s efforts in moving the country forward.
Mr Sheikh Tijan Hydara, the Secretary of State for Justice and Attorney-General, said it is important for judges to work together as a team, consulting with each other, seeking opinion, guidance and counsel from one another whenever the need arises, and to accord one another the regards and eminence befitting to their respective offices and persons. He urged the court to be more research-oriented and to deliver judgements that will not only be a pride for The Gambia judiciary, but ones that can illuminate the international legal order and jurisprudence.
The new judge, who has been a legal practitioner, a Public Officer and Director of Public Prosecutions in the Republic of Botswana, said she was glad to be chosen to serve the Republic of The Gambia. |
