More Surprises from Jammeh
The Gambian leader would be always unfailing in pulling surprises. Dr. Jammeh today made a surprise announcement that he has also now found a cure to diabetes and four of his family members have in fact responded to his treatment.
For Mr. Jammeh, the treatment of diabetes is less cumbersome than Aids as it can be easily treated.He pointed out that he is now poised to put his knowledge into good use by administering cure to the diabetics. He however pointed out that his treatment sessions would not be covered by Grts, adding that anyone wishing to receive treatment could go to the nearest health
facility for examination and subsequently the country`s main referral hospital in Banjul.
It would be recalled that the Gambian has come and is even under the international spotlight for his announcement that he can cure Hiv and Aids. He has now extended his intervention to the cure of diabetes. Though, the efficacy of the president`s herbal concoctions were yet to be proven,the president is confident that he bursts of god-given talents and that he`s willing to share his gift with the Gambian people in their time of need and difficulty. But many people doubt the president`s claims since his medicines were yet to be scientically proved efficacious.Mr Jammeh is however upbeat that more miracles were yet to unfold nation-wide.
