President Jammeh foils another coup...this one is No.TEN.
Some times I do imagine Jammeh as the wrester he was in all honesty.I feel like yelling from a crowd like a supporter by saying.."Jammeh!".This may not be meant to cheer him..instead it will be to jeer him. At anytime this man exhausts all options he resorts to accusing people of wanting to over throw him! Before 2006 Gambians more so the oppositioon have to be ready for these foiled coups and other hidden assaults from the state house. Jumping from the opposition then to the army? Was it not this army President branded as the best in Africa? Best in what? Killing or siezing power?
Timing and lope holes...
In all honesty at the moment there are people in Banjul who are not the least convinced that there was a real coup attempt! The timing is not fit for a coup.The style is not responding to reality.The names being rounded up have been on the rumour milling machine for the past year or so.Who put those names in the rumour milling machine? Maybe their close friends,relatives,associates or Jammeh's own cirlce?
Jammeh was in Mauriatnia accompanied with the head of the Intelligence NIA Mr Daba Marenah.Jammeh cut his visit short came home as if there was no coup? He then arrested this man he was flying with just like that? If Marenah was not with Jammeh,then where was he while Jammeh was flying to and from Mauritania?
Who replaced Marenah? Lt Colonel? Harry Sambou? Anyways already there are NIA operatives that I met today who said both Sambou and his new deputy Ngorr Secka hated Marenah.They called him a tribalist because of his ethnic background.
I am monitoring the NIA very closely these days and see what next? The NIA loyalists ie those answerable to Marenah are going to be branded with diffrerent things now onwards.
Why Harry Sambou is going to help cause more infights in The Gambia.
For those who know Pa Harry from KG 5 to now will never hesitate to say that the guy is lousy and a big bluff.Certainly if it is about keeping secrets Jammeh is yet to get a good guy on that seat. However,President Jammeh may still need Pa Harry there because of the hiding connections he has in the civil service.
The opposition should be extra-ordinarily cautious with Harry Sambou-Why?
This is what we will reveal today so that the opposition in and out of the civil service should be mindful.Harry Sambou according to the person I spoke to today near the SSFHC buidling,is very close to Susan Wafaa Ogoo,William Joof and other officials at the State house.It is widely believed that Harry operates on tribal and religious sentiments.He is also believed to be a close confidant of the Singhateys.The opposition should be mindful of Sambou.He is far more dangerous a snake than Marenah,Samba Bah and Abdoulie Kujabi respectively as former Directors of the same agency. According to the source I spoke to at the Foreign Ministry,Sambou's legacy between Lagos and Abuja speaks volumes about the man.It pleases Sambou to leak boots therefore Gambians are going to see more whirling accusations against innocent people now onwards.This is a fact and this is why he was hurriedly named as Marenah's successor.

Future of the NIA-National Intelligence Agency The GNA Gambia Natioanl Army so bleak!
It may not be seen now but the future of the NIA and the GNA is so bleak. It is only a matter of time.The names of those arrested and those who replaced them ring the bell.This is pure and simple.Nepotism and tribalism are the thread knitting the coat of President Jammeh's regime. The coup plot is based on tribal lines while the arrests and replacements are also based on the same trend. Hamat Bah-Fula-Cherno Jallow.

The progressiveafricans paper is a wild animal in our country's politics.It is a tool Jammeh has tried using to call for sympathy and then at the same time send signals about perceived security threats.I spoke to a lady who speaks to one of their writers regularly.I met her at Afra FM yesterday.I was amazed because this lady knows so much about the presidency! She knows a lot. Our conversation was so deep,she revealed a lot of their strategies to me in different ways without knowing what she was doing.I was really sorry for the opposition when I heard these vicious plans.Any editorial on that paper means something.The same paper rushed to call the opposition a group using tribalism.This very paper went further down the line associating the opposition to being threats to national secuirty because of the tribal marks they are imagining in the UDP/NRP camps? President Jammeh is lurking behind with a lot of plots. His intension is to hatch an evil plan against the opposition.Please Jammeh do not link this latest foiled plot to any member of the opposition because I have already met some of your agents. They have leaked some of your plans. Jammeh has to remember...Gambians like talking about their jobs in a very free way. They do so without any motive.It is part of the way we are built.Keeping secrets is so uncommon to many of our people. The government's next move according to the lady I spoke to,could be arresting Mayor Lai Conteh.She said, they want to tie this man to everything they can then eliminate him. There are other names on the list.I will withhold them and see what will happen next.There are rumours going on..if they arrest these people then this confirms that the coup was nothing but a hoax as usual.
