TEETH BITE:EBOU JALLOW SAYS DARBOE MAY BE WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH COUP?
TEETH BITE:EBOU JALLOW SAYS DARBOE MAY BE WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH COUP?

Is brother Ebou Jallow former AFPRC spokesman trying to scare UDP leader Ousainou Darboe to death? Did you read what Ebou wrote on The Gambia Post recently? Well Ebou is implying that Darboe was wanted in question with Tuesday’s abortive coup. Ebou’s message reads”Mr. Manjang, say whatsoever you want. I am just a messenger reporting information from multiple sources. There is no doubt that this recent foiled attempt was instigated and cooked by some elements within the opposition. I hope that the air shall be cleared upon Ousainou Darboe's return to The Gambia. There is going to be a new ball game in town and he might as well run to the nearest foreign embassy. Just watch. Ebou”

EBOU'S CONSPIRACY WITH JAMMEH EXPOSED!!!!

This is indeed a serious charge ever brought against a respectable lawyer and political leader. Ebou went as far as saying” The names released is just a tip of the ice-berg. There is impeccable evidence within the intelligence community that suggests that prominent members of the opposition were behind the foiled attempted coup. Why did Ousainou Darboe left for the US just days before the Ides of March...? Perhaps the UDP is the missing link connecting the dots.”

Ebou sounds like an agent provocateur. He want to scare Darboe to death. Knowing the type of person lawyer Darboe is, he will never engage in such undemocratic moves. Darboe, is the finest Gambian lawyer, I have ever met in my life. This man doesn’t believe in unconstitutional act. We are not his supporter, but when it comes to speaking the truth, we shall say it no matter who is affected. Ebou owes an unconditional apology to Lawyer Ousainou NumuKunda Darboe.

As a keen political observer in The Gambia, I witnessed on numerous occasions Darboe calling on his supporters to be law abiding, even though his party had good reasons to take to the streets to protest some of the illegalities taking place in the country. This man believes in the law and not the use of arms as implied by Ebou. We will be very, very surprised if the lawyer Darboe we know will resort to such unconstitutional means.

Ebou, this paper has been a strong critic of Darboe and his party. We will never hesitate to counter any lies peddled against peace loving Gambians. You are doing disservice to your country by trying to black mail innocent folks.

If you see Waa Juwara is having problems with Darboe is due to the former’s weakness to compromise on pressing issues. This is why Waa always brand him as a “chicken hearted” politician. In reality, the man is not a coward, but he means well for the country’s peace and stability. I think you missed the point Jali Jallow. These coup reports are nothing but faked. This government lived and survived by lies and deception. Let them try and arrest Darboe and see what will happened.

The Gambian people will no longer tolerate provocation from Jammeh’s end. I think the arrest of Darboe will mean the end of Jammeh. People will protest up to Kanilai to chase this ass whole from our land. It is time for people to resist arrest and resort to Waa’s politics of confrontation. Confrontation on a right cause we mean. Darboe, should cut his US trip short and return home to prove to Ebou Jali Jallow and his boss Jammeh that his hands are clean like a silver. Jammeh is using Ebou to scare Darboe. We can connect the dots here. There is a conspiracy between Ebou and Jammeh. It is only cowards who resort to black mailing tactics.

JAMMEH IN MILITARY UNIFORM?

Chey, we are back to the transition days. This dude don’t want to leave office. He want another 12 years… But will the army allow him? You see, if the civilian community are denied the right to choose the leader of their choice, the military always try to disrupt the so called democratic process. Jammeh says, he is ready to die for the country. Well, we heard similar statements from other dictators. The late General Gai of Ivory Coast, was more brave than Jammeh. Guess what happened to him later? His own guards set him up. He was killed in the process of exchange of gun shuts. Charles Taylor also said the same thing. Where is he today? What happened to Liberia’s Samuel Doe? How about Idi Amen, Abacha, the list goes on and on. Jammeh is showing a dangerous precedence for our country by openly sending an invitation to other soldiers to try him and see…. This is wrong. Jammeh always brags that his government is untouchable. That God is by his side. Look Jammeh, God knows when and how you will leave that high office. Humble yourself and stop the bragging.

You are no longer in the military and by wearing that uniform will certainly sent negative signals to the people providing you security. Today, you hardly sleeps at night. Why? You created your own nightmares and will dance to the tune. The very soldiers who used to say they are ready to die for Yahya are taking a back seat. Question yourself and honestly ask yourself if you are ruling The Gambia rightly. We also urge you to ask yourself why these soldiers are pissed off with you. By the time, you finished answering these questions you will find out that the days of forced rule are over. Just think about it. The real change is on its way. Let sleeping dogs lie and allow the voters decide their own destiny.
