A supporter of President Yahya Jammeh based in Atlanta Georgia here in the United States SEREIGN NYANG has urged the Management of the Freedom Newspaper and its contributors to start facilitating the quick evacuation of their families before they will be touched and ultimately killed in the event of any uprising in The Gambia. Mr. Fye’s threatening letter which appeared on the Progressive Africans online Paper known to be promoting the dictatorial policies of President Jammeh’s government went hard on this paper’s management team. Mr. Fye’s wild reaction was compelled by opinion pieces written by outsiders on the alleged recent foiled coup in The Gambia and the paper’s quote of the day. Well, we are not intimidated by Fye and his allies. Freedom will not be intimidated by such Jammeh agents. We decided to publish this death threat mail for the sake of posterity. Please read on….

With reference to the above caption published in the Freedom Newspaper website, one can easily distinguish the evils in our society. How on earth can a self proclaimed patriotic Gambian be proud of what has recently happened in our beloved country... Something that deserves global condemnation ?
Pa Ndery and Co's should re! measure their heights in our nation's future putting into consideration the lives,peace, comfort and properties of Gambians. If any Gambian can say that he or she can sleep when there is no peace in the country, then that person is an insult to our nationality. Any one can disagree with our government policies but does not spell license to create instability or to support whoever has it in mind.
It is just sad to read on what some of our writers assuming to be enlightening the people with informations of unreachable public interest, disseminating very scary and bogus personal ideas aspiring to see the end of President Jammeh's administration regardless of human lives and properties. My advice to whoever has such evil thoughts in mind, is to start evacuating their family members because God would crush them when their negative wishes happen or be silent before they die and go to hell.
God bless the Gambia with peace and security.
