What visits you in your nightmare,can never serve the conscious mind ,unless to create the illusion of Hell on Earth.When that nightmare or illusion becomes the present estate of Mankind.It is the children who bare the cross for there lifetime and a generation to come. M.V.S.
After the second World War, the recriminations that followed ,centered arround the German leadership,that brought that fine nation to its knees in humiliation,destruction and defeat.The guards at Belsen and Austwich,were asked in the name of God, how could you lead so many children into the gas chambers and torture and mutilate, so many defenceless men and women.
6 Million.
There answer was.......I was following my orders and serving the fatherland.
Since the homosapien,left his cave 5 million years ago,to establish order out of chaos and send his human kind to the four corners of planet Earth and even the Moon .It became the quest of the enlightened and the pius,to establish the enforced role model ,through law and justice that would have the determination to establish civilisations that would never return to the cave or the Jungle.The emergence of religion set the World on the path of the godly.It is stated in the Bible that God gave Moses the 10 commandments.This formed the basis on which all justice should be served.These laws have stood the test of time as reinforcement to mold men and women into the image of God.Whatever the name of that religion and there are many....these laws appear constantly.
In 1215 in England,the Knights and the Barons of the day,forced King John to sign to the Magna Carta ,on neutral ground at Runnymede.The basis of those oaths and pledges, and covenents form the laws that underpin the legal traditions of The World,...even today.
The 1998 Human Rights Act is updated law protecting the unassailable rights of the individual.
Each and every one of us.These laws have almost been accepted universally by Governments all over the World.
For 3000 years, man has accepted the right to be judged by law and when found guilty of breaching man made covenents...duly accepted the measure of punishment as dictated by law.It is also accepted ,that after paying the price for his transgression....he is considered as paying in full, his debt to society.Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.The laws of God,Magna Carta and Human rights are insepparable and interwoven.Of all the achievments of our ancestors....Law, is by far the greatest.
However, there is a greater law by which all are judged.That is the judgement of God that awaits us all...Law in its simplest term ,is the greatest Law. {The 10 Commandments .} It is written, that God will dictate only two paths for the righteous or the sinner......His judgement for us all, is simply....
..................Heaven or Hell.
The slaughter of the innocent on April 10th 2000..........It is widely reported that between 13 and 17 children of school age and one Red Cross helper and Journalist, Mr Omar Barrow,were mercilessly gunned down,by the Gambian Armed Forces,under the overall command of the Head of State.The final words of Omar Barrow,were heard on a radio broadcast....when he was reported to be pleading with soldiers........ stop shooting the children !!!
The line then went dead.
In the realms of valour,so upheld by accounts of human bravery,throughout the ages,this good man deserves the highest postumous award for gallantry.
It should also be remembered,that many children were left permanently disfigured and disabled,by wounds sustained.{Number not known} Not to mention the mental scare held by even this writer and other eye witnesses .The scar shall remain..until death parts the mind of such unspeakable evil.{if it ever does}
There can be no greater duty of a Head of State,than to safeguard the rights in law to the safety of the nations children.To date, this tragedy,has been given as little regard,as to that of a minor traffic accident.
The alledged incidents leading to this tragedy....the rape of a schoolgirl by civil servants at the Independant Stadium at Bachau...and the death of a schoolboy under punishment for a minor offence,whilst in the care of his school.
The further inexplicable situation, is why the sins of adults leading to this tragedy, were not the care and property of of the rightful authorities.....Where was the Justice and the investigation?
In Gods Name........What allowed children to carry the cross of the nations conscience. ?
Truth and reconcilliation, is a man made bypass for those who are guilty....The law is the law !!!
I stand ready at my own expense, at any notice..to give evidence to any worthy and honerable estate, of justice, to what i saw and can never forget.
