A breif account on who is Captain Lamin Saine?

Captain Lamin Saine is no stranger to anyone who served as teacher in The Gambia or as former gendarmerie officer. Saine's past history has marks in these professions. He was close to the former Senegalese officers of the defunct gendamerie. A branch of Gambia's military that came into existence during the marriage of covenience between former President Adou Joof of Senegal and former President Jawara of The Gambia(who was deposed by the incumbent President Jammeh).Saine's name has a special tag in the francophone family in Banjul and in the Senegalese forces. The man became blind as a result of a car accident. He used to be incumbent President Jammeh's God Uncle in the defunct gendarmerie. Prior to the 1994 coup Saine served as a secret agent at the defunct NSS-National Secret Service of the former PPP regime. He was not known by many but he was an active agent. He is still active in the same business.Today even though blind the same Captain Saine is the hidden brain child of the NIA. He works in tandem with the NIA'S analysis unit. Saine asks other agents to read newspaper clips plus other texts for him aloud then decodes presumably coded messages for them. This helps these almost unlettered agents get a gist of what some articles mean. There are people who hailed agent Sainey Susso for doing that part but it is not him. The real person who does this intellectual exercise for the National Intellgence Angency is none other Captain Lamin Saine.
Before the PPP'S downfall Saine gave former Lt Jammeh secrets from the files of the NSS.
We all can remember when the former erstwhile Asst DG NSS during the PPP regime Samba Bah uncovered an imminent coup during the Jawara regime. Bah was pushed aside because he named people like Saihou Sabally,Praise Jagne in his case file. Indeed Bah was right at the hour. If Bah was left to continue probing he was going to uncover the Jammeh led coup as well. He knew there were layers of coups,however wanted to peel every layer one after the other but could not fight the then PPP mafia all by himself. The PPP mafiosi was using the same Lt Jammeh in different ways. That is why Jammeh's leadership is an accident of history. After Bah left ,Mr Kebba Ceesay the then DG NSS also saw a potential danger in the face of President Jammeh who was at the time a state guard officer. Kebba Ceesay once said at the state house grounds that,he really did not feel comfortable with then Lt Jammeh. This is on record. Infact that is the very reason why President Jammeh and his other four members of the coup whipped Kebba to pulp when they over threw the regime. Kebba and Bun Jack were paraded in the streets on Banjul on the like captured thieves. When they were far more decent than an unlettered man like President Jammeh. Mr Ceesay nearly died under detention. Who knew Kebba Ceesay amongst the July 1994 coupists other than President Jammeh? He was the one who had Kebba caged and tortured very severely. During those days of the near-end of the former PPP regime President Jammeh's informant within the cadre of top officers at the time was no one else but Captain Lamin Saine. No one suspected Lamin because he is a very cunning person. He is not a young man. Lamin is above 60 now. The man's character is so slimy that many will never think about him as a potential threat to any movement that wants to remove President Jammeh from power. People like Lamin are the traps Gambia National Army officers need to be very careful of. He has two sons in the working force within Banjul now. I met one of them this morning near the court house premises. The eldest is called Bai Mass Saine a banker. The younger one is Kabba Saine a protocol officer or call him another NIA in hiding if you want. Without understanding the way President operates many people will be taken by surprise over and over.
Captain Lamin Saine a former friend of Deyda Hydara who sometimes visited the lion's club.
No one in the greater Banjul area will say he or she does not know the lion's club. This was Deyda Hydara's club. Deyda and Ousman Sillah were both members of the club. Deyda is dead. Ousman Sillah's life was attempted by the incumbent regime. Everyone knows how Lamin was close to Deyda. They were close because I know so. Both Lamin and Deyda adored french as a subject. They were not like some of us who excelled on biology and chemistry. Maybe Ousman can connect the dots and remember me. I am about Lamin's age. Everyone in Banjul knows how upset Lamin was when Deyda was shot. He could not show those feelings to his former junior Lt Jammeh therefore tried satisfying the late friend's family cynically.
I'Bulfaaleh' will today tell Gambians the architect behind the arrest of the Lebanese who was falsely accused of killing Deyda-It was Captain Lamin Saine!
As soon as Deyda died Lamin was confused and ashamed because he knew that the family had prior knowledge of him being a friend of Deyda.
Lamin as usual was hiding behind the operations. He pointed a finger at the Lebanese who was falsely accused of killing Deyda. That was a deviatory tactic to coverup the government's crime. This Lebanese is far from being the killer. Lamin himself knows that. He will never deny knowing how the Lebanese's name was smeared in this cold blooded murder. He knows a lot about how the government wants to cover the crime.The same Lamin knows Pap Saine and the others left in that office. Why is Lang Tombong urging Gambian journalists to emulate Pap Saine after Pap Saine's own mentor and boss was killed by them? Lamin Saine knows why!
Captain Lamin Saine did not participate in killing Deyda but it is obvious that he participated in helping the government conceal the crime. After all who would have even thought about Lamin in this? Let him or his kids utter one single word then I'Bulfaaleh'will release a worse bomb shell on Lamin thus seal his case as hiding blind killer for ever.
Captain Lamin Saine did not appreciate seeing words like 'heinous crime' on one Musa Saidykhan's report about the killing of the Ghanaians.
After slaying the Ghanaians and Lt Kausu Camara alias "Bombardier's" mask dropped then his face was seen,the regime went all out to cover up this crime against humanity. These were busy days for Captain Lamin Saine as the brain child of the NIA's analysis unit. Captain Saine specifically picked on journalists like Musa Saidykhan. He was not happy when he understood that Mr Saidykhan used words like 'heinous crime' while reporting the gruesome murder of the Ghanaians on Gambian soil. Why on earth would a seasoned intel like Saine expunge those words from a piece on a daily journal if the crime was not being covered by the government? Why would he? Responsible secret service agents would have helped the Ghanaian interpol but not block good leads. Musa Saidykhan's story was automatically countered by that of people like Ebrima Jaw Manneh and the lies carved by Neneh Mcdoll Gaye on the Gambia television. Saine was so adamant on asking these poor journalists about such words? I understand Musa is in the Dakar now. If he so wishes he can also dispute,support or add more to what has been written about him here.
I 'Bulfaaleh' will never fabricate stories only to smear people. I strongly believe in everything and anything I write about this regime. The facts speak for themselves. Presently I am working with colleagues in Banjul to unearth how Neneh Macdoll Gaye hepled imprison Omar Ndow former DG Gamtel,because Ndow and her husband Pa Gaye were not in good terms. I will reveal details that President Jammeh is yet to know about that case. President Jammeh may as well take a note book and read my revelations on that piece. Neneh Mcdoll hates Omar Ndow,Laalo Samateh(retired radio Gambia journalist) and many more. She is into exterminating all her enemies while serving on her current port folio. Her name and activities will be spread on this paper by I 'Bulfaaleh' to the extend that she will run away before being
