There is nothing the ECOWAS region can do for now, because his is a sitting president, they will have to wait until he is no longer a president. I do not understand why he, Yahya is doing and behaving this way but i pray to God Almighty to forgive him, for all the evil deeds Yahya has committed to mankind. It is just a matter of time before Yahya will know that he is no one in the eyes of God. Today is his time to rule and kill tomorrow will be ECOWAS' time to judge him.

Can Ghana bring Jammeh to book?
Posted By: Kobee, Netherlands ,   10/5/2007 10:17:01 AM
I would like to refer to an article in the Gambian Freedom Online Newspaper on August 23, 2007 where a Gambian writer virtually insulted Ghana's Interior Minister Kwamena Bartels for not being insensitive in dealing with the murder of 44 Ghanaians in Gambia. According to the writer many people in Gambia in his view would rather prefer harsh punishment against Jammeh if it is found out that he had a hand in the murder of our people. Now my question is "What can Ghana do to Jammeh if he is found to be involved in the murder especially when he is not ready to face the court?
The article can be found in the following link: http://www.freedomnewspaper.com/Homepage/tabid/36/mid/367/newsid367/2256/THE-GHANAIAN-INTERIOR-MINISTER-HAS-LOST-IT/Default.aspx

I would like to ask that particular attention is paid to the way words are spelled when articles are put up on the net.

Jammah be humble and stop the killing
Posted By: Ike ,   10/5/2007 10:22:50 AM
Evil man do lives after them. Human life is precious than any other thing on earth, even the power Jammah thinks he holds.

Those who kill by knife will die through it. He should be humble and subject himself to the court, because a fall start with pride. He is dispensable.

Yahaya Jammeh

this man is arrogant, he is just like Mugabe, but both of them should stop and think of how suddenly Eyadema and Abacha disappeared like chaff.
the Ecowas court must put him in his proper position for the sake of humanity.

what is this?

Wow!!! what a leader! I wonder whether we can go any where with our plans for regional integration if our leaders continue to disregard and disrespect the very institutions they have established. It is high time our leaders started condeming their peers for such gross disrepect and abuse of HRs. May God help us

True Test

This is a true test for ECOWAS court. I wait to see whether she has a teeth to bite or not. I must add though that, he must be brought to proper book to face the real heat. He should not threat our professor.

Time is running on him gradually. All ECOWAS gurus must wake up now.

yahya jammeh snubs ECOWAS

Heads of state who come into power through dubious means/vote rigging always behave the way jammeh is doing.

Does jammeh consider the harm he is putting his countrymen and women who travel outside Gambia?
Does he know that there are also gambians studying/working in Ghana?

His advisors should advise him beacuse he cannot rule Gambia forever.
