The sacking of Dr. Saja Taal was long over due and now he is gone it will be very important to disclose to Gambians why he is not fit to man any position in the Gambia. During his time as Observer´ s Managing Director so many things went wrong, that the owners of the paper will be surprised to know.
Saja Taal is responsible for Chief Manneh’s arrest and still now the where about of this innocent reporter is not known. He also played a significant role in the sacking of Lamin M. Dibba and Jaw Manneh. Being the foolish marijuana addict he is, the duo were re-employed without even consulting him.
So many efficient young writers quit the observer because of Dr. Taal’s misbehaviors. These writers include Alieu Khan, Saffaitou Bah, Sheila Akomiah and many others.
Below we try to expose all the terrible things he did at the Observer:-
The Observer was having two generators, but to the amazement of the staff, Dr. Taal stole one of the generators and took it away to his house. As we publish this story, the said generator is still missing. He might either sold it or using it in his house.
There was a workshop organised by Gambia Family Planning Association and as usual they gave each of the reporters a bicycle. Sheriff Janko went to represent the observer, unlike his colleagues Saja took the bicycle from him and gave it to his grand son.
The former Observer MD was a real thief, apart from the generator and bicycle he stole; he also took away some roof tiles that were bought during the renovation of the printing room.
The most interesting ungodly thing about him is that he is a great sugar daddy. Saja was dating one of his staff called Nyima Cham living in Sukuta. She paid, with Observer funds for this girl to attend a computer school and again he assigned the driver to always pick him to and from work. His wife was informed about his extra marital affairs and she came to the Observer to attack Nyima. Mistakenly for her she attacked one Nyima Manneh, thinking she is the very lady. The foolish sugar daddy was no where to be seen.
Dr. Taal also stole a ceiling fan belonging to Observer. The where about of this fan is still not known.
This and many other things happened at the Observer, during his time as the MD. We would like him to defend himself as soon as possible, as we prepare to further expose him.
