The pageant was indeed a great success as it got bigger and better as mentioned by Lady Kate.
Even though the Gambia and Senegal did not win, we were well represented by a high delegation led by Gambian Talents Promotion and Xalima.com both of whom were fully involved in the preparation, promotion and production of the whole pageant. Throughout the pageant, the Senegambians as usual were peaceful, united and supportive of the 2 candidates of Gambia and Senegal. Thus we served as role models to the other nations. On behalf of Xalima and Gambian Talents, we thank all the Senegambians who attended the pageant and encourage those that could not attend to come next time.
