I have just returned from Morocco. For your information there
are divisions in the Army. The boys in Yundum are waiting for the right time to act. I personally visited the barracks to find out what was going on. The camp is divided. You have the Masaneh Kinteh Camp and that of General Tamba. An army sergeant name withheld briefed me about the internal problems at the Barracks. These soldiers are very wild. They complained about poor pay, marginalization, nepotism and lack of promotion.
General Tamba wants to be a President. He has his own loyalists in the Force. In order to achieve his long term plans, he has strategize a plan to get some officers of the Force arrested. All stumbling blocks to his Presidential desire would be gone by the time he is ready with his plans.
Lt. Bakary Camara and ASP Malanfi Sanyang refused to be part of his conspiracy theory. It was Lang Tombong Tamba and DIG Modou Gaye who facilitated the arrest of these people. Camara was handling the President’s private errands, whilst Sanyang was in charge of the Presidential vehicles.
Both Camara and Sanyang are important when it comes to reaching Jammeh’s head. One, he can be ambushed and killed during his Banjul/Kanilai trips by those working on his removal. Two, since the two refused to be part of such leaked plots, they were quickly framed. Oga, don’t know what awaits him. This problem is more than car problem.
General Tamba and Massaneh Kinteh are not in good terms. Lang sidelined him on many official issues. I know what he told Oga the other day about Colonel Kinteh. Mark my words: The days of Colonel Kinteh are numbered. I know the plans hatched against him.
As I told Oga, the other day, his intelligence is very weak. I personally met Colonel Ndure Cham in Barra. We exchanged greetings briefly and he left. Cham was on a mission. He thought that I was going to order for his arrest, but he was surprised to learn that there are loyal forces on the ground waiting for his comeback.
As a senior Security official here at the State House, I want to make it loud and clear that we rather die than to allow Lang to succeed HE. I have long been saying that Lang is going to finalize the March coup, but just wait and see….
Our men are loyal to Ndure Cham and HE should be warned ahead of time. Lang and Peter Singhatey were all part of the March coup. They backed out when the information was leaked.
Peters’s brother Edward Singhatey left Banjul for Ghana that night. I was at the airport to bid him farewell. The coup happened in his absence. Peter and myself drove together heading for Banjul. We know why he chose to travel that night to Ghana. He traveled through Slot Air. I have facts to back up my claims. The timing of Edward’s Ghana trip speaks volumes.
The late Musa Jammeh received scanty intelligence linking Edward to the coup. He repeatedly asked coup suspects whether a Government Minister was part of the coup. He was referring to Singhatey at the time. NIA DG Hydara and I knew at the time what Malia was driving at. Many coup suspects were tortured and abused while in custody at the NIA.
Oga might said that I’m breaching my oath of secrecy as an Intel agent, but I think it is fair for Gambians to know what happened during the March coup. Colonel Cham was not the only actor. There are dozens of other actors on active duty.
One thing I like about Colonel Cham, he never sacrifices his people. Heads would have rolled if he had opened his mouth at this hour. He might not like the information I’m declassifying online, but I believe it’s about time we show Oga that we are still in control. The NIA haven’t done any good work. Nudre’s boys are still here at the State House. They will write their own stories anytime Oga’s Government’s is history.
We knew that Oga was going to remove Edward. His latest plans are to have him arrested and charged. Edu should do everything humanely possible to resettle in Dakar, until such a time that it’s safe for him to return home. I know what I’m talking about.
I was also present when our men phoned Captain Bunja Darboe. I also met Colonel Cham that evening. Speaker Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay and I were in constant touch that evening. The Vice President was also in touch with me. I have to run because we are supposed to meet HE. I know what brought Sheriff Dibba’s name into the coup. I will back online soon. Happy anniversary Freedom. Hackunden Alla Hecka Welaye. Abraka Bandirabeh.
