As Gambia High and Muslim Students Engage In Fist Fighting

The ongoing inter secondary schools tournament championship was marred yesterday following a lethal fist fighting between the students of Gambia Senior Secondary School and Muslim senior Senior Secondary School.

According to our correspondent the pandemonium left some students sustaining injuries while properities were also vandalized .

It was reported that the bus President Jammeh donated to Gambia High was destroyed during the fighting .

One of the Muslim boys who spoke to our correspondent accused Gambia High Students of behaving unruly during the match, adding that they should be penalized so that would serve as eye-opener to others.“

This paper has also gathered from reliable sources that the tension all stated when Muslim High scored their first goal in the first half of the game . The Gambia High boys who were not happy with the performance of the Muslims boys went on rampage raining insults on Muslim High Boys.

So immediately the final whistle was blew, our sources added, the two sides wasted no time in exchanging blows on the pitch propelling many to take on their heels running helter-skelter .

Meanwhile, the nail-biting game ended in favor of the Muslim High School who thrashed Gambia High two goals to nil.
