SUBVERSIVE NUDGE”-results-GAF or Gambia Armed Forces Act of  2008- The Kanilai Bluff!

Yahya Jammeh’s case makes one think about the reasons being advanced by certain architects of decision making. There are these terms like “gentle nudge” or “subversive nudge” they can help us once again run this marathon of Bluff with the APRC regime.
On the other hand President Yahya Jammeh has again! been convinced by his team of loud, paranoid wolves in sheep’s clothing, to attempt the latest. This latest step is what I will call a PUBLICITY TEST. It is so hazardous for a “political-amoeba” like the APRC regime to take this route! A regime that has no shape! They are holding on a weak thread while hovering over a deep ditch of steaming magma! How can an amoeba hang like a bat? Unless where one sees the possibility of defying biological facts! Which means insanity. Defying reality is what the APRC is attempting everyday. Can't they rest and sleep a little bit? At least that can bring their senses back. Publicizing themselves during a period when Yahya should have been “negotiating” for his exit route is in itself a confirmation of these people’s strong desires to stay in a fool’s paradise. They are not good political products, we all know this regime is what some call “damaged goods”. Their confusing ways of running to and from the house of parliament, passing endless bills makes it much more clear for you and I to see how paranoid they are! This is a dying regime composed of confused, paranoid “agent provocateurs”.
 
Yahya of late has decided to do what we will categorize as follows: DDC-Deploy,Divide then try to Control. This is why he resorted to decentralizing some of the functions within the army therefore scatter everyone of them like bees in a orchard where there are flowers without necters! The buzzing becomes so loud but never will they be able to make hives. At the end,bees like those he has created in Banjul will be stinging everyone or anything that crosses their way. Why? Because they will be hungry, angry and desperate. None of the units VP Isatou Njie Saidy mentioned in her so-called GAF Act are new to  me anyway. These units had their names given to them by the commander-in-chief of armed bandits Yahya Jammeh, from day one. They were the CHIAKAS, The Junglers, The Green Boys-these armed bandits are what he is calling the Special forces, the Republican Guards and the National Guards. These units have always been given special treatment by Yahya Jammeh and they will continue receiving that special treatment as his untouchable pets until  he is overthrown or dies. Of course he will meet that fate soonest!
The backbone of a regime like Yahya Jammeh's can only rely on these type of bandits.They are composed of former Liberian mercenaries, Casamance rebels, Gambian foot soldiers (blind loyalists who are not fully trained)  plus those he got from Salif Sadio's camps in Casamance and the “remnants” he received from former General Ansumana Manneh in Guinea Bissau before the guy himself died.
There are those he welcomes from places from Italy,Eastern Europe and other parts of the world,calling them professional trainers. They are not training anyone, they are the “handlers” of his hit squads. He knows what I am talking about here.
Next are those he  hand picked and introduced in the other units Like those he injected into  Fajara Barracks,Yundum,Farafeni and Kudang likewise those he sent to Basse’s PIU. Not all armed men and women support Yahya Jammeh. He has only few loyalists. They have keys to the armoury. The greater part are helpless because they have no access to any armoury. They are symbolic soldiers in uniforms who are exposed to danger because they can be accused, arrested and detained or killed if any of his loyalists frame them! That is why I see no way Yahya can escape an organized attack because these "loyalists" he uses are nobodies when it comes to professional combat. He lives on threats whiles leaning on paranoia!
 
A week before VP Isatou Njie Saidy came up with the GAF Act ,the police promoted 450 officers to various ranks, right? These promotions were meant to lay a foundation stone before the bill reached parliament. Now look at the analogy here and see it for yourself. All those who  promoted were compensated for one reason or the other. Some of them were given the chance to grow because of nepotism along tribal lines. Promoting these officers means working on a new dimension within the police force itself. Ben Jammeh the Inspector General of Police will never dare promote 450 officers all at once without the approval of Yahya Jammeh! Never ever! That means Yahya has a plan and is executing the plan at all cost. Of course I for one know that he has already missed his way!  I will not give him any signal relating to where he went wrong because he has already “brewed” his acidic drink for himself. Infact I can say he has already drank some of it!
 
Yahya’s intension is to stay in power for a long, long time. This also is not a surprise to me anyway. Likewise him staying in power for a long time is indeed a trend leading him towards lost illusions!. For sure he is heading towards a smoky day! There is no need for me to waste time on that one here because Yahya will learn his lesson along the way. Let him wait for the final verdict it is coming soonest.
 
Coming back to the armed forces and their future under Yahya’s rule,we will give a complete break down on this delicate subject as far as our nation’s interest is concerned. Not as far as Yahya Jammeh's interest is concerned. Threatening Yahya's interest means safeguarding Gambia's interest in my book. Yahya Jammeh has already created a similar situation in The Gambia in respect of the pre and/or post Samuel Doe eras in Liberia, before he was also butchered at the beach in Monrovia by Prince Johson. It is what one will call being between two evils. The first evil is that these forces will degenerate sooner than later therefore faction fighting will emerge in The Gambia. As at now many will think this is  just a dream from Hammadi. Warning! I just want to promise Gambians that this prediction will become reality very soon. Yahya has already started the civil war. Wait and see what will be in the coming months or weeks.....
 
 
What is Yahya’s real intension?
 
His intension is  to “muzzle” the armed forces, intelligence units, the police and others by doing what is commonly known as: DIVIDE AND RULE. This indeed is the most dangerous path every dictator tries during the last days of a regime. Yahya wants these newly created units or branches to be headed by different commanders who will be divided based on how loyal they are towards him or his whims and caprices. That “loyalty” will be determined by Yahya HIMSELF in the way prefers it, behind closed doors. For example: When ever he meets any of these commanders he will make the person believe that the other(s) is/are reporting him or her to him as a potential threat. Therefore start creating suspicion and distrust within the upper echelon. Who benefits from this in the beginning? It is Yahya. Who will not benefit from this in the long run? Those commanders who dare find out if Yahya is the liar between them and their “good” comrades. On the other hand this is where Yahya will be unleashing his so-called hit men to end the lives of commanders who dare find out anything he says to them behind closed doors! That is if he was the liar between the unit commanders and their colleagues. What happens if the intelligence units also experience divided loyalty? Yahya Jammeh will be receiving deceptive PDP Presidential daily briefings! That is and will stay a scary trend in our country! This is what he has been doing all along but in a different way. In the past he was receiving those deceptive reports from the NIA and co but compared to what will happen next the past ones could be considered so mild. Indeed the case in point is when his government was tested by the student’s demonstrations in 2000. What happened then was at a smaller scale compared to a civil unrest. A civil unrest taking place under Yahya Jammeh is as obvious as the shape of the earth. In 2000 he was faced with children who were simply demanding to be protected by a government that swore to do so at all cost. Now he is faced with an army he does not trust! Thats completely different from civil servants,students or common people he does not trust. This is what happens where a leader sees threats in everything that challenges his political existence. Whether wrong or right Yahya always does not care about listening to complaints he sees as a challenge to his being. All he prefers is hearing praises or complaints meant to frame people he dislikes. For him anyone who asks questions or sees wrong in what he does is  “a bad daughter or son of the land” except if the person is a serpent like Isatou Njie Saidy. Now that Yahya is claiming to be faced with a bigger threat per se which him and Isatou Njie Saidy call a looming security threat coming from outsiders.....there will be more drama in town! What should we expect if Yahya was to hear a shot fired from the woods of The Gambia university this coming weekend while riding towards Kanilai? He will run away first. Then next order the armed forces to “comb” the area and kill anyone suspected! Am not saying if they see someone with arms…...I mean if they even  suspect they will shoot out of fear! Yahya kills suspects before verifying. Is that not how he killed Lt Lowe and others? Is that not how he killed his old friend Almamo Manneh? The same paranoia and incompetence is still reeling inside this despot’s ugly head. The Gambian armed forces should be very very careful when ordered to shoot and kill their own out of crazy suspicion from a paranoid Yahya Jammeh. The Gambian armed forces should also not think that they are good to go. They have never been tested yet. Let them also expect to be tested one day. For sure if they want to kill all Gambians only to keep Yahya Jammeh and Zeinab watching movies in their dungeons, there are people ready to handle them too. The Gambian armed forces are being warned not to play with the future of the country here.
On the other hand they are also being advised to understand one thing. Before Yahya sends you on any mission please make sure you have enough to back you up. We all know that you are being used to promote A BLUFF from Kanilai. Yahya’s quarter master stores do not even have anough buttons for your camouflages let alone being able to maintain a battle for more than 72 hours with all these so-called special forces! YOU WILL BE TESTED ALONG THE WAY. We have more to expose on this latest GAF Act. The next pieces will make many soldiers desert. Yahya Jammeh!
 
Those dictators who have this insatiable desire when it comes to control and power use cunning moves to justify a “created” cause in the minds of people.
Yahya by creating these branches within the armed forces has set up lanes. Any fool who wants to be  “loyal” to his regime therefore go against being LOYAL to the nation will be captured and jailed with him when we reach the shores of radio syd.
Yahya knows why he is dreaming of unrest, attackers, insurgents and all what not!
He knows he has done so much evil that he can never escape the verdict that is flying towards Banjul. He knows this! Creating positions for all these commanders of various units exposes a paranoid man. Eh Yahya I thought you arrested Sanna and Haidara without any helping hand? What happened? Is it because of your diabetes? Is that why you dream too much and are so scared?
Go ahead and create special forces but never forget about the fact that special forces can either be inside or may come from outside too!
