At Ports authority 'Bulfaaleh' went to authenticate a story written by Justice Sam and Karafa Badjie  of the freedom newspaper.It is always good to give a second thought to what people say or do.Wooooow! Justice and the writing staff of freedom paper are right!

 

GPA is pot of honey for the state guard or Jammeh's boys as people call them in Banjul.This is a place where the laws passed by parliament are disrespected.Certain type of cars are not allowed in the Gambia but these state guard boys help people receive cars old,bad,new,or even those that are no longer road worthy.President Jammeh should not ignor this scheme or scam.

 

It will later on affect the image of our country beyond control.This is why The Gambia is on the list of countries that encourage smuggling in an extremely clandestine manner.The interpol has an office at the customs office but that does not mean they trust Banjul Ports at all.Our GPA reminds me and others about the old days in Port Harcort Lagos Nigeria.

We have bad men and women running the show there.Why on earth should BOMBARDIER of the state house be allowed lingering around the ports all the time? Every staffer at the port is scared of this man because he is known as Jammeh's pet that kills enemies.

 

I was amazed when I shook hands with BOMBARDIER.He looks like a timid guy with a smiling face.Ooops! what BOMBARDIER did not know was that, we have people monitoring him every where,He was caught and heard saying things that are so damaging.He says that he cares less,any vehicle he wants out shall be in the streets come what may.

 

If BOMBARDIER can easily get an old Mercedez from Germany or Antewerp Belgium released...will be that difficult for him to get it licensed by the police force? Of course he won't have any problems doing so!

Then what happens to the laws our parliament passed regarding the importattion of old vehicles? The customs and excise department is yelling saying they made so much? Sure they made so much after having been down the ditch from 1994 to now.Its a shame for the head of that department to say so.Let him compare his achivements to other customs departments within the subregion and see.

 

GPA is a dark place where deals are taking place.We are worried and confused about what Jammeh thinks he is doing as a president.

There cannot peace in The Gambia if people like BOMBARDIER are left threatening hard working officials for no reason.

 

 

Omar Fye  a press offcicer? Omar Fye reconciling the government with journalists? Omar Fye a former asylee who was chased out of The Gambia by the same government? Omar Fye who was a soldier in Liberia?

I was about to explode in laughter when I met Omar these past days.Sure he does not know who I am.Omar went on and on preaching about every issue he knows or does not know.It is always easy to detect realistic preachers or false ones.

Omar Fye was right there before me talking like a mad man about reconciliation? Well Omar Fye should have stayed and educated Charles Taylor about reconciliation in the early 90s when he ran out of Monrovia with 'pyjamas' after a rude attack from the then NPFL.I hope Yaya will not be calling Omar 'pyjamas' right infront of his juniors?Knowing how crazy Yaya can be some times? This is hilarious.

 

Omar Fye likes flexing muscles as a strong man but the innerside of this man is nothing but cowardice. The only thing Omar Fye should do is to stop buying that 'yohoss' or other condiments anytime he drives along the road.He should not mix being a dairah-man with a press officer.Omar Fye should not imagine that people will simply listen to him as a former run away officer.Anyway we are waiting for Omar Fye to start calling in journalists to cover events at the state house.

 

Omar Fye please Marcel Thomasi did not stop these journalists from doing so.It is your president himself who calls them illigetimate sons and daughters of Africa.He calls them bad elements.He says they will be buried 6feet deep Omar.

 

How about asking him to send an open apology thru a letter letter,speech or even colanuts to all journalists? Let him also speed up the investigations on the murder of Deyda Hydara.Can he do that for us while you are helping him reconcile?Is that why you are saying we should bury the past and make peace?. Omar remember what wise men call..JUSTICE BEFORE MERCY.

 

'Bulfaaleh' is a journalist too Omar when you discover who he is will you still preach reconciliation? Anyway 'Bulfaaleh' will be watching Neneh Macdonald and see. She has to start thinking about taking her recorded voice out of the telephone directory system.That is against the ethics of her current job.Ooops! Well maybe Mr Gaye is a big wig at Gamtel too.Gambia is an interesting place.
