Jammeh & Co Emasculate The Gambian Constitution-Town Crier Writes!!
*Jammeh & Co Emasculate The Gambian Constitution*

A Constitution it is believed should reign supreme to all laws of the land.
Yes that is truly said than done in the case of our beloved Gambia. We have
seen how our sweet Gambia has been transfixed by Yaya Jammeh, (Boy Jola/BJ)
as if it is his own family house where his voice stands and nothing else
matters. If one reads Chapter VI of The Gambia Constitution which most of us
don't do, you will find out how Boy Jola, Rude Boy International has tried to
cover his behind while in office and after he leaves office. A contact of
mine sent me an online link to Boy Jola's constitution
www.
http://thegambiajournal.com/GAMBIA_constitution.pdf
.
I am very much convinced that BJ  does not have any legal knowledge in his
dumb head to be able to come up with all that has been included in
thissectionofourconstitution. Who is not accountable to his people as
a president? It is Boy
Jola alone. This is crystal clear in the section dealing with THE EXECUTIVE
: PART 1 THE PRESIDENT. He has been helped by trumpet blowing so called boot
licking and kowtowing law technocrats to highjack justice from our land. The
laws of the Gambia have been emasculated by BJ to give him a free ride. Most
of us think this kid is stupid but he is not. He knows what he is doing and
is good and covering his stained behind from future prosecution(s). But one
thing he fails to understand is that just as he has been able to change the
laws to suit him, an incoming government can and will equally do the same
stripping him of the fence he believes to have created around himself and
his cohorts. This ape-like being in human outfit has failed to see we
have International
Laws. All Gambians who can read should go through our constitution and see
for themselves how it has been tailored to protect a select few. Even though
it is stipulated that the National Assembly can send BJ packing to his
village, Gambians cannot rely on them as these are all praise singers aside
from a one or two. So we Gambians have lost our voice and we voted for a
document for which we have no clue about.

*Jammeh First Son, Corruption Rears His Ugly Head at the Ferry Terminal.***

*Corruption from the Banjul Side:***

It was during my friend's (Parrot) visit that he asked me to accompany him
to Kaolack to see his relatives. We decided to cross with the first ferry.
On arrival at the terminal at around 5.30am we found trucks parked on the
left while cars where parked on the right. We parked behind the last
car andParrot went to get our ticket for the crossing. Out of no where
came a navy
soldier who started yelling at people to move their car horizontally,
vertically and even diagonally. This fool I regret being a commrade to has
no clue what he was doing. Even though I am senior and know the soldier,  I
decided to just sit in the car and observe this out of Pluto
soldierbuffoon. He walked up and down the line of cars and trucks
issuing threats
and orders in Mandinka and Wolof.

After succeeding in creating chaos, the desperate car owners started
following him up and down his quick marches. On more than two instances I
noticed a man slip something into his hand and in no minute, their cars were
out of the line and out onto the ferry boarding area. After holding my
temper for sometime and waiting for Parrot to arrive with our ticket, I
called out to the navy soldier who was in an all black hood with only the
eyes and mouth showing. As soon as he recognized me, he complimented me and
asked if I had been there all the time. I lied to him that we just arrived.
He cleared the traffic and boom we were inside in no time. The Para
Policeand the competent ferryworkers stoodon the sides watching this
comedian soldier turned ferry loader. Loading a
ferry is a profession and must therefore be left in the hands of those who
have been trained. They know the capacity and how to balance both cars and
trucks into the ferry. If we continue to let the penny seeking navy boys
meddle with this professional job, we will be jeopardizing the lives of
innocent Gambian citizens. The navy commander should stop his men from
meddling with the ferry services. There are other bigger jobs to be done. I
personally cannot interfere with how my colleagues run their units of
command as I have my own job to do. Our Jola commrades are incorrectible as
it is seen as interferance in their jobs or an attempt to dislodge them from
their positions.I keep saying Gambia is bigger than any one of us.

*On the Bara Side:*

After spending two days, in Kaolack, Parrot's relative decided that they
needed more time with him. Since I was suppose to work, I had to come home.
While waiting for the ferry, I ventured into the Barra Terminal Toilets. Oh
my goodness, the stench alone is enough to pluck your nose out of your face.
This is the most unhygenic public toilet I have encountered in a long time.
I wonder how the women's toilet will look like and what a pain it will be
trying to squat there and use them. The men usually stood at a distance and
aimed at the hole dropping more urine and messing the toilets more and more.
No wonder I saw a woman who was helping herself by the wall close to tap
and banana plants. People have resorted to using the outside instead of the
inside because of the unbearable stench. Whoever is responsible for the
cleaning up of these toilets is not doing a good job.

Parrot later narated to me his encounter on his way back to Banjul. He left
Kaolack in time to catch up with the last ferry to Banjul. Arriving at the
Barra Terminal he disembarked and went to the office to buy his ticket for
the crossing. He was told to return to the weight bridge to buy his ticket;
that they cannot sell him a ticket at the ferry terminal. He drove back,
bought his ticket and came back. Once at the gate, the boys came poking
their noses into his car and on seeing his box of clothes, his wife and
daughter and a few gifts that he was given to bring to Banjul he was asked
for his ticket. He produced his ticket and a voice asked "ana ticket bagass
yi" (where is the ticket for your luggage?). He was not able to make any
sense out of it since he paid tickets for the car, his wife and daughter and
no one at the weigh bridge asked for any luggage payment even though they
came and looked into his car. He was forced to either pay at the terminal or
risk being left behind till the next day. Not wanting to
inconvenienthimself and family he asked them how muchit was.
He was charged D35.00 for his for the items in his car. And your guess is as
good as mine where the ticket might have come from. The same place he had
first tried to buy a ticket but was told that he has to go back to the
weight bridge. How on earth do they not have the ability to sell tickets for
cars but have tickets for luggage? Something is not right somehow. Someone
is possibly running a clandestine business there either by producing
duplicate or fake ferry tickets. There is need for the responsible
authorities to check into this if they are not the very ones involved.
Wasalam.
