CASE ADJOURNED AGAIN

Banjul7/29/08-The protracted sedition trial of the former Daily Observer Managing Director, Deyda Halake was on Monday 28 July scheduled to resume on Wednesday 13 August 2008 for hearing.

The adjournment came on the heels of the disposition of the presiding Magistrate Buba Jawo  in court.

It could be recalled that Mr.Halake was arrested on Thursday 12 June, detained for over two weeks before taken to court.
