Speaker Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay Ends Her Marriage With Sulayman Masanneh Ceesay!!!!

Following twenty years of  marriage, characterized by petty squabbles, Speaker of Gambia’s Parliament has decided to throw her matrimonial towel, calling it “ enough is enough” with her husband , Sulayman Massaneh Ceesay, the elsewhere Interior Minister, said sources close to the National Assembly. Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay, the daughter of the late prominent Gambian politician  IM Jahumpa, has written to her husband demanding separation, which is alien to Gambia’s matrimonial culture. The Speaker in a letter addressed to Mr. Ceesay said she wants to end her relationship with the former career public servant. She said among other things, the need for Mr. Ceesay to stay away from her Kanifing house, as she had deem it crucially imperative to separate with him. Sulayman Massaneh Ceesay had since stopped frequenting Fatou’s house. The Speaker had terminated all lines of communication with her husband amidst reports that she is using her position to antagonize her husband.

National Assembly sources said Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay had been treating Sulayman Masanneh Ceesay with contempt. That the Speaker does not respect her husband, as she openly invites men at her Kanifing home. Fatou they say, married to Sulayman Masanneh Ceesay when she was nobody. “ We cannot believe that Fatou can change overnight. Sulayman has been very sincere and loyal to her, but this woman is using her position to ridicule this peace loving Gambian. Fatou is very ungrateful.” said our sources.

Speaker Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay, who dropped out of school, when she was in the third grade at The Gambia High School, is up for a divorce. She was expelled from The Gambia High School due to poor grades and misconduct at school. Fatou was also expelled from the Armitage High School, prior to her transfer to The Gambia High School. Her late Father wanted to secure her the best of education, but Fatou was a slow learner. She fails almost all her subjects before she was kicked out of The Gambia High School.

Thanks to her late father, Fatou was hired at the Livestock Services as a Vetenary  Assistant, even though she dropped out of school. The late Mr. Jahumpa was a respectable political figure in the First Republic and therefore he was able to use his position to secure job for Fatou.  The likes of Sir Dawda, BB Darboe, Sarra Jangha can attest to this fact. Her Father secured her the job. FJC uses the back door to secure a job at the Livestock.

Fatou later found herself at The Gambia Airways, where she worked briefly before joining the Radio Gambia. While at the Gambia Airways, Fatou was posted at the Cargo section. Fatou spend all her time at The Gambia Airways to undermine folks. She was not a team player. Fatou believes in implicating her colleagues.

Fatou has never finished school. She is one of those dropouts serving The Government of The Gambia today, under the capacity of a Speaker. This is the type of admistration running the affairs of the state. Hon Nancy Njie's story too, would be revealed here in days to come.

According to our sources, Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay, betrayed the fine legacy of her late father by serving as a “GRIOT” for Yahya Jammeh and his failed APRC Government. Our source said Fatou’s own blood brother Basiru Jahumpa never condones her nonsense. “ Basiru Jahumpa is one of those finest sons of the late Jahumpa. He never meddles into politics. Fatou had neglected her family because of politics. She pretends as if she doesn’t know some of her immediate family and former friends. She would regret it when Yahya Jammeh ceases to rule this country. Her own family is upset with her. You have seen what she had done to Sulayman Masanneh Ceesay. We are Muslims…. Where on earth have you ever heard that Gambian couples sought for separation? Separation for what? If she does not love the man anymore, why can’t she come open about it and speak her mind?” asked our source.

Speaker Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay had a son with a Senegalese journalist. Her pregnancy came as a surprise to the late IM Jahumpa, because Fatou never discussed it with her parents. She came one morning and told her late Dad that she was traveling to Dakar. The late unsuspecting IM Jahumpa, was on his hospital bed, when Fatou tricked him, with the Dakar trip, which later turned out to be the pre-arraigned delivery. Fatou was expecting a baby out of wedlock and she believes that the best thing she could have done was to deliver the baby outside The Gambian frontiers. She indeed succeeded in doing that.

Fatou came back to Banjul with a baby boy, leaving an inedible shock in her parents minds. She surprises everybody. Fatou had no kids with Sulayman Masanneh Ceesay.

The late IM Jahumpa helped the likes of OJ Jallow to pursue educational opportunities  in Ghana. OJ according to our sources will never respond to Fatou's attacks against the opposition, because he owes it to her late father. Fatou continued our sources, was kind of a sister to OJ, because the old man had helped numerous Gambians, including OJ to study in Ghana.

Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay is a novice and also a betrayer. We look forward what the fututure holds for her.  President Jammeh must be shocked by the said revelations.
