Minister Macwdowl Gaye Defrauds The US Health Care System!!!!!
…..As Neneh Owes $US 20,000 Hospital Bills
“ She must settle the unpaid debt before she could be accredited to the US,.”said our source.
TIJAN MASSANEH CEESAY’S CREDIT CARD DEBT DELAYED HIS ACCREDITATION TO WASHINGTON.
The erstwhile Secretary of state for Information Neneh Macwdowl Gaye is owing the United States Health Care System
$US 20,000, the Freedom Newspaper can authoritatively reveal. The sum in question represents unpaid hospital bills owed by the former Minister. Ms. Gaye, who is the Managing Director of the Daily Observer, traveled to the US in 2005 to deliver at a Washington DC hospital. But to the chagrin of Hospital authorities, the sacked Minister abruptly left the country, without paying for the said bills, totaling at $US20,000 dollars. The unpaid hospital bills affected Neneh Macwdowl’s admission into the United States as a Diplomat, said our sources. Ms. Gaye is required to settle the said debt before the State Department could give clearance for her admission into the country as a Diplomat.
According to highly placed sources, who spoke to the Freedom Newspaper during the weekend, the Observer MD uses her position as a state Minister then to deliver in the US, with the ultimate aim of exploiting the US health delivery system. My source said Neneh’s bad credit history shall continue to hunt her because the State Department will never accredit her into the US, unless she paid the accrued debt.
Minister Macwdowl Gaye, could not take up her ambassadorial appointment to the United Nations due to her shady activities to defraud the US Health Care System, said our sources. Our source said there are health records available linking Neneh to the said debt. Neneh decides to turndown the job offer for unexplained reasons. “ If President Jammeh is reading me at this hour, I want to inform him that he should not waste his precious time in hiring Neneh as Gambia’s Ambassador to the US. She is highly indebted to the US Health Care System. There is a $20,000 debt hanging on her head,.” said our source.
According to our source, former Ministers like Neneh traveled purposely to the US, in order to abuse the US health care system. The source said many a time, such officials will lie on their admission papers, just to evade taxes. Our source said the majority of the information provided by these officials “ are usually false.”
This reporter made numerous attempts to reach Neneh Macwdowl Gaye for comments without success. She was indisposed for comments at press time.
Tjian Manssaneh Ceesay’s Credit Report
Meanwhile, according to our source, the erstwhile Gambian Diplomat Tijan Massaneh Ceesay also experienced a similar situation during his accreditation to Washington. The US State Department insists that Ceesay must settle his unpaid credit card debt before he could be admitted into the United States as a Diplomat. Mr. Ceesay a former Cook at the TGI Fridays, owed a substantial amount of money to his credit card company, said our sources. The State Department was not very impressed by the consumers report feedback it received about Ceesay’s credit history.
According to sources The Gambian Government was notified through normal diplomatic channels about the factors delaying Ceesay’s accreditation to the US as a Diplomat. Embassy officials in DC were engaged in the preliminary transactions, in ensuring that the said debt was settled without any rancor.
Mr.Ceesay who has been living in this country for decades as an illegal Immigrant, later paid the credit card debt. The State Department responded by approving his accreditation. Although, his status as an illegal Immigrant was never an issue for Washington. He was allowed to stay and work as a Diplomat for the tiny impoverished nation of The Gambia.
Until his recalling last year by the Jammeh Government, Mr. Ceesay has been living in the US illegally. He decides not to return home for unknown reasons. Mr. Ceesay is said to be a very good cook. He has switched to telemarketing job, according to our sources. Mr. Ceesay could not be reached for his side of the story.
