Pa Nderry's paper is right...it is true that Yankuba Touray's property was handed back to him by an executive order (secretly) between President Jammeh and SOS Justice Sheikh Tijan Hydara.It is not a surprise to anyone who has been following events within Banjul.Justice Paul was smeared and cleared by the same executive,because he is ready to do the dirty job for President Jammeh.Now Yankuba Touray is cleared by the same executive branch.Who was the judge that hung Touray other than Justice Paul?

 

The same judge depended on President Jammeh to get his name cleared from the AMRC saga after it was revealed by Hamat Bah in parliament.The state house is playing its cards very well by using the rubber stamp assembly and a dummy secretary of state like Hydara.These are the same parameters President Jammeh used via the dept of interior when he wanted to attack Halifa Sallah,Omar Jallow and Hamat Bah.
