I had thought of refering you this particular big and legitimate question which must be answered , but I figured out that you must have already read it since I got it directly from one of the two most invaluable websites about Gambia you posted me a little while ago. I am literally enamored with what I have been reading from both the ALL GAMBIAN .NET and FREEDOMNEWSPAPER.COM.

Annan should consider handing over Jammeh to
The quality of the investigative journalism , as well as the presentation is superb and unparalled ,especially when compared to Yahya's proxy newspaper: Daily Observer. Please give me Pa Nderry's co-ordinates ASAP . We all need to talk to him about some very important leads to get their message more enunciated to a much wider audience such as the New York Times and Global Witness of London; the latter is foremost in world wide investigations of unscrupulous and criminal activities in the mining/extractive industries. They may already have information about Gambia's diamond connection with Charles Taylor because a Dutch citizen is right now being prosecuted and/or charged at the ICC.
I personally have read in the Economic Intelligence Unit of London--country profile--that Antwerp, Belgium had received 500,000 carats of diamonds in around 2000 or 2001 from Gambia, a country that has no known deposits of such mineral. Mr. Matthew Jallow has done a wonderful job in debunking that special UN investigator--I even forgot his name----

Saja Taal's work rated zero. Charles Taylor was
Jammeh's personal friend and brother....
Also note that the New York Times and the US National Public Radio representatives are both based in Dakar, Senegal and must be acquainted with what is going on in Gambia. NPR has just reported today from Dakar about the newly signed peace agreement between the rebel groups in Darfur and the government of Sudan. We must aim at a wider audience in order for the common objective to be achieved. Americans are generally supportive of social justice and they need to be alerted about Gambia .The journalism that is limited to ourselves will not suffice in an uphill battle. In conclusion, we all need a concerted effort to help change the situation in Gambia. I will call you later today.

Pa Nderry,
O.J.'s visit to the U.S. had been planned well before there was ever the thought that there would be a by-election in Kombo East, that is to say well before the former NAM, Kebba Touray passed away. OJ's visit to the U.S. was for a private and personal matter. However, since he was here in the U.S.(at his own expense), STGDP and other NADD supporters decided to extend his visit to meet with the Gambians in the diaspora and hopefully raise the much needed funds for NADD. He is willing to criss-cross the continent of the United States just to help bolster the NADD's cause. If this is not commitment, then I do not know what is. Just as NADD needs to take the seat in Kombo East, the bigger price is the presidency, as you know that the president controls the assembly, whether we like it or not.
In fact OJ was able to successfully solicit some funding for the Kombo East by election while in the U.S. The man has unquestionable commitment to NADD and is very keen on ensuring that NADD takes the Kombo East seat. He is in constant contact with the folks on the ground.
One point your article seem to suggest is that without OJ, NADD would be dead! We should move away from politics of personalities and embark on politics of programs. The NADD program is very appealing to the sound-minded Gambians and rest assure that the NADD candidate would win the election.
I hope that all Gambians (NADD supporters and others) would all come to meet OJ and hear what he has to say as well as donate some dollars to help alleviate the difficult situation we find ourselves in.
By the way, thanks for your dedication to seeing tyranny defeated in our beloved Gambia.
Forward with NADD!
