Can Anyone Decode OPERATION 11/27 For Me? 

Unless You Are A Member, You Wouldn’t Know The Answer

Today, we start our intelligence lectures by posing the following questions to the National Intelligence Agency. First, and foremost define OPERATION 11/27 for us?  What is OPERATION 11/27?  What is the intelligence code answer for the said question?  Who are behind the said operation? What is their security strength?  Who stands to lose, or gain from OPERATION 11/27?  Can someone help me with answers to these questions?

 The only person who has answer to the above question(s) is Numo Kujabi, the Director General of the NIA. Gomez, the seasoned intelligence Director does not know the answer to the said question(s).  I doubt if President Jammeh himself knows the answer(s).  This is strictly intelligence. You got to be part of this operation to know the answer(s). 

There is a lot of information leakages going round right now  in the country, but the definition for OPERATION 11/27 has not been defined by the Agency. Those in the know,  do not know each other. This is the funniest part of the whole scenario. 

There is a reason behind the mass arrest of civilians, and security officials. The Agency is on a fishing expedition, but how far would they succeed in their bid to define OPERATION 11/27?  They are second guessing, but they do not have solid evidence linking those arrested to operation 11/27.  None of those held has the definition. What an irony? 

Numo Kujabi, and his Directorate are working very hard to gather bit, and pieces about OPERATION 11/27.  But what they failed to realize is that one cannot cure a patient without diagnosing he, or she. That is why doctors usually diagnosed their patients  before prescribing drugs for them.  In other words, in order for the Agency to effectively circumvent, or avert a major national security threat, they must have leads, and sound analysis. There must be concrete evidence, and solutions to a given problem.

General Tamba, and co would be released in due course. There is no evidence available to indict them. There is this talk that Oga ordered for the mass arrest of the civilians, and soldiers  in a bid to scare those behind OPERATION 11/27.

A senior Gambian Diplomat in Washington DC is playing double cover in the whole saga .  He tried to appease the agents of OPERATION 11/27, but at the same time he is talking to the relevant Intel agents in Banjul.  He shares intelligence with parties concerned.

The NIA would indeed be surprised how such information reaches me. There is what we called in intelligence gathering “INFORMATION SHARING.”  Diversity matters in intelligence gathering. One must developed a solid relationship with sources in order to achieve certain classified state secrets.

NIA operations Director Gomez has dispatched his boys to Badibou.  They received a briefing that some members of OPERATION 11/27 are scattered in that region. But how true are such Intel reports?  Expect the unexpected guys!!!

Several millions of dalasis have been issued. All logistics in tack.  What is the definition of OPERATION 11/27? I need answers Numo  Kujabi and his colleagues at the NIA.  Names associated with the brains of OPERATION 11/27  has been intercepted from the NIA files. We shall preserve the said names for security reasons.
