President Jammeh receives royalties from Boto Construction and Alharafi Construction.According
to very reliable sources from within the state house in
Banjul,President Jammeh has two fresh cows he is constantly milking.
These two cows are ALHARAFI and BOTO CONSTRUCTION respectively.
President Jammeh's corruption is no longer a secret. He has his hand in
every business venture on the ground. Of course the points and
observations which were stipulated in the press release emanating from
the MCC-MCA cum US Government and Congress were absolutely accurate.
President Jammeh's corruption and his record on bad governance has been
proven beyond reasonable doubt. There is no doubt in the minds of those
who know President Jammeh that he will very soon start insulting the
west. He will accuse them of endless things because he has been shown
the red card.
Thief Jammeh exposed!!!!
These responsible institutions and governments rely on
public opinion and performance. They care less whether President Jammeh
is offended or not as far as public interest is at stake. Leaders like
President Jammeh resort to 'stupid nationalism' when they are squeezed
by reality. Charles Taylor used the same excuse calling himself the
"lamb"? when he was asked to get out of Liberia because he is an
international bandit like President Jammeh. Nigeria tried to wash
Taylor but it never materialised. At the end Taylor ended up doing what
he knows that is banditry. The same applies to President Jammeh. The
Presidents of Senegal and Nigeria are trying to educate the Kanilai
crude boy. He can never get it,he is not educated,he has not been
raised through good parenthood. The latest he did was to disgrace
President Wade with his disrespectful remarks like "My party has not
gone against the MOU" He further punched President Wade with remarks
like "help us get the bad elements..." This directly shows Wade that
President Jammeh is on the offensive.
Alharafi,Boto Construction,CSE-2 out of the 3 are President Jammeh's pets the other one has been disowned.
Construction
is an expensive business. What makes it expensive? The answer is
mobilisation of equipment,gathering and parking of trailers,trucks plus
other heavy machinery at one single place IE, before starting the
actual job. This costs money. According to a reliable source who is an
engineer working for the Alharafi company itself,his company was chosen
but they aren't the most suitable for this project, particularly when
it comes to cost effective approaches. However despite this argument
President Jammeh went ahead and chose Alharafi's. Before doing so there
was a Dutch company that charged $4Million for the cost of
mobilisation. After that the CSE came up with less. Finally Alharafi
stepped in with a charge that doubled both. President Jammeh likes
that,he prefers bidders or companies that charge more because the
higher the charges the more he can get as a kick back. But President
Jammeh is a patriot you know?(satirical).
Company figures and services,President Jammeh is corrupt!
A source who is so close to President Jammeh revealed very damaging things about how this man sucks us like a louse.
Alharafi
usually adds figures like $30Million to the global estimated figure on
any project. If for example a project is estimated at a value of
$200Million, Alharafi presents an invoice of $230Million. It is
anyone's guess who would 'eat' the $30Million? Sure it is President
Jammeh,he either receives the kick back in cash or in kind. This is how
he turned Kanilai into an urban city. This is how he purchased his
aeroplane from Taipei. This is how he bought a house in Miami etc etc.
He has abandoned Babanding Sisoho the Malian tycoon. Now it is
Alharafi's turn.
According to another
source Alharafi gave $1Million to President Jammeh before anything
started. Alharafi bought Kairaba Hotel from the Jammeh cartel and then
in turn gave President Jammeh an annex of the hotel called Sindola.
Sindola is the part of Kairaba Hotel that was erected in President
Jammeh's own village. This is the place that caught fire some months
back(where a fire officer died). This is the place that made President
Jammeh accuse the Kanilai people of being witches and wizards. He
blamed them after the fire incident. President Jammeh is never wrong?
He blames everything wrong on another person. Well if President Jammeh
takes kick backs,he inherits the ownership of places bought by
Alharafi,why on earth should he get angry when called a thief?
President Jammeh is a huge pick pocket.
Boto Construction aiding and abetting Alharafi to rob The Gambia with the help of a very corrupt President.
Boto
Construction removed old machinery from the defunct PWD-Public Works
Department. Did Edward Singhatey approve of it? I was told he did not!
When Boto removed that old machinery he was helped by President
Jammeh's hench men to move these heavy things to one of the old
Bafourbetty's locations near the airport. Boto Construction did not
even sign a single paper to get these things out of that place. Of
course Boto has been adding the cost of purchasing new items on his
bills when he and his team know that they are bloody liars. Boto and
President Jammeh wanted to come up with back dated letters when the
going got tough. Unfortunately for them the people knew more so the
MCC-MCA press release could not be stopped.
Bidding is done with President Jammeh's help.
It
is only in the Republic of The Gambia where one can expect to see a
President clearing the debris of every business deal. President Jammeh
does not even feel any shame running in his veins when he does things
like that.

Why is the project still dormant?
Why is President not harping on that one?
When
the bidding of this project was in the pipeline President Jammeh
hurriedly sent Mr Sonko of Boto Construction to CSE. He warned them not
to even think about bidding because he was interested in the whole
thing. They were not even able to go through the prequalifications. If
President Jammeh is truthful in what he preaches why didn't he go by
what the CSE offered? They are closer,their equipment is on the ground
and they put a cheaper bill on the table. Why and how could they be
disqualified? Is it because Alharafi gave him the $1Million?
The
same President Jammeh asked a senior service chief to return $62000.00
that was given to him by Alharafi. Because he said the man was
competing him! President Jammeh set up the Paul commission only to
stifle the CSE because of that service chief. Well the CSE did not want
to participate in greasing his palms. It is possible that President
Jammeh may think about arresting the CSE when this piece is published.
This is exactly what I want. It is a bait for President Jammeh,let
him do it. We will not tell him what will happen he will see within 30
minutes what will happen if or when chooses to take that route.
Specific details on Alharafi
Alharafi
is being warned. This company should stop robbing our people forthwith.
The country belongs to Gambians not President Jammeh. Gambians may as
well start a legal battle with Alharafi. He has so much to lose on
that. Let him not underestimate the Gambians who are compiling facts on
him.
I met a source who has traces on Alharafi's men and women in and out of The Gambia.
We
know that CHEIKH HATTA is the regional director he is based in Pretoria
South Africa. Hatta is being trailed because they are gradually killing
our country's soul. We do not want another Sieraleone in Gambia.
Alharafi's country director is one Mr Woldin(spelling?). I met him and
shook his hands last week. He told me the name verbally so I have spelt
it as I heard it. The Mandibaa-Soma road project has been signed more
than a year ago. Why not President Jammeh yells on them? He is scared
of Alharafi because the man gives him money. This same man knows deeper
details surrounding President Jammeh's private life.
MCC-MCA Press Release is timely it has set the stage for a swift change through elections.
We
here in The Gambia are thankful to the CPJ,Reporters without
borders,MCC-MCA,US Congress and the US Government for standing up to be
counted. It is timely and so accurate to stop a mentally ill person
like President Jammeh.
The IMF and
World bank blew the whistle some months ago. Today we can see hope in
the face of Gambians here in Banjul. I read the MCC-MCA press release
to an old man yesterday(translated it for him). He was so pleased.
More
revelations on this sinking state house will follow suit in days,weeks
and months to come. Even if President Jammeh steals the elections we
care less. He will be chained. The social uprising against this regime
has just started smoking. This is just a tip of the iceberg. President
Jammeh himself knows a lot more is on the way. He should also
anticipate being the next Barre Mainasara because his own soldiers are
the ones who send in most of the things we write on line.
