President Jammeh Has Pancreatic Cancer

 The President of The Gambia Yahya Jammeh, who is running for a fourth term in office after seventeen years in power, is suffering from a  vicious form of pancreatic cancer, the Freedom Newspaper can authoritatively report. A close Gambian female confidant to the wife of the dictator, Zainab Jammeh, has revealed that the first lady is filled with uncertainty and worry about the outcome of her husband’s battle with cancer.

“President Jammeh did not believe his privacy will be protected in the UK that’s why his wife made an appointment with a doctor in France to see what was amiss .I met this medical doctor through a Minister who told me that the President should step down if he wanted to survive the ailment,” revealed the source.

The plump but frail president, according the source, has undergone several chemotherapy sessions with doctors, which have left him debilitated, subdued and weak. The President is ill for real!

Mr. Jammeh  has dramatically lost weight, sources familiar with the President’s health condition said. He is also increasingly worried about his ailing health, a source source close to the State House.

Pressed on the President’s success or otherwise in his battle with the disease, she said the doctor had indicated to her that the form of cancer Jammeh suffers from is a particularly malignant one that may take his life.

“President Jammeh should not have gone on election campaign but he refused to follow the doctor’s advice.  It might not be obvious to the untrained eye, but this man (Sa Wagghi) is very sick,” our source hinted.  President Jammeh, according to the source, had aggravated the cancer from which he suffers by using traditional medicine given him by quack marabouts from Mali and Sierra Leone, which produced side effects. 

The psychotic and paranoid dictator, continued the source, has
suspected the problem was witchcraft primarily but not solely because of his belief in superstition and Satanic worship.
