Ben Jammeh Set Up A New NDEA Maintenance Unit To Enrich Himself!

The National Drug Enforcement boss Ben Jammeh thinks that he is a clever man. He is using his position to enrich himself.  Never in the history of the NDEA that we heard about an NDEA maintenance unit.  Well, Ben has constituted one for his own selfish interest. The laborers he hired to work on his Busumbal home are manning the new unit. He compensated them for having built a house for him by hiring them to work at the newly formed NDEA maintenance unit. 

The majority of the folks working at the said unit are former prison officers. A senior NDEA agent said Ben’s conduct is unacceptable and should be investigated for abuse of office.  

The rationale behind having an NDEA maintenance unit  beats one’s imagination. Maintenance unit for what for? Building houses for Ben and his new NDEA cabal?  

The police maintenance unit should be responsible for renovating security structures in the country.  The newly set up NDEA unit is counterproductive. It's for Ben's own selfish interest!

We have been told that Ben Jammeh allegedly uses the household materials at the new NDEA office in Pipe line to build his Busumbala home.  This was before the new building was erected.  

The NDEA office in Pipe Line used to house the defunct NTC. Ben took the  old household materials ranging from: window frames,  corrugates, among others to build his house in Busumbala.  He also uses Sillaba Samateh’s Brushibi belongings to furnish his new home.

The NDEA also quantified its new building in Pipe Line to worth in the sum of D3 million dalasi.  But the truth be told; that building with all the expenses included it’s  not more than D1 million dalasi. The NDEA must have over exaggerated the expenses.

The NDEA maintenance unit team are complaining.  One Kabirou, a former prison officer, has been named as the head of the new NDEA maintenance unit.

Ousman Jarju,  has been hired as a driver.  He is in charge of the vehicle allocated to the new maintenance unit. Mr. Jarju is a cousin to Bun Sanneh. He is used to be Pa Mbye’s official driver.

The new NDEA maintenance unit is “laying blocks”  at a location in the KMC withheld for now. Some of the blocks are being transported to Ben Jammeh’s Kanilai family home.  

Next, we will tell you how President Jammeh seized the property of one Oustass Gaye, which he now transformed as his Jammeh Foundation For Peace Hospital in Bundungka-kunda.  Oustass Gaye also used to own the property that houses the Mindow High School built by the Taiwanese. The Oustass died shortly after Jammeh seized his properties from him.
