Good Morning,Mr.President-Is the Iranian arms being diverted to Ivory Coast for safe delivery?
Good Morning, Mr.President,
 Saturday
was Gambia's darkest day in the Chapter of our national calender. This
was the day when your very self together with some young army officers
toppled the democratically elected government of President Jawara- replacing
it with a reign of terror,economic and political hardship. As stated in
one of our write ups, this year's July 22ND coup celebrations would be
last of its kind. Jammeh, you are on your way to prison,pretty soon-the
wind of change is blowing across the country.
 
Mr.President,
you invited the Ivorian President to grace the occasion for security
reasons. It is gathered that the Iranian arms container we talked about
on the Freedom Newspaper will now be diverted to Ivory Coast for safe
delivery to Banjul. The Ivorian leader got to be very careful. He
cannot wreck Ivory Coast and Banjul at the same time. This arms will be
intercepted as it is being thoroughly and closely monitored. Jammeh is
a criminal who thinks he can smuggled arms into the Gambia without been
traced.
The United Nations and civilized nations should step in
before Jammeh burn the Gambia and the Africa sub-region. These arms
about to dock on our sea ports could wreck a nation. To avoid the
Sierra leonean and Liberian horrific experiences, the UN should act
now. Gambians are going to polls in few weeks time. Jammeh wants to use
the said the arms to kill, maim and burn places. These arms should be
return to Iran. We do not need them.
A Custom official who spoke
to us said the amount of arms that dock on our seaports from 2005 to
date is unspeakable. The official who spoke on condition of anonymity
confirmed that an arms container from Iran was abound for Banjul in
weeks to come.
Mr.President,Gambians have long been taken for a
ride. From now on, people wouldn't mind to protest up to the state house to see
you go. Your Ivorian President killed innocent protesters. It is
evident that you are posed to do the same. Jammeh don't make the
mistake to take the lives of our political leaders.Such a move will be
greeted with strong resistance. To do good to yourself and government,
it is better to stop the killing and false arrest and torture. Such
moves will lead to national uprising.
Mr.President,why not you
start preparing for your life after your inevitable down fall. Life is
not going to be easy for you as you think. You must account for the
atrocities you committed against our people. There is no way that you
can walk scot free for the crimes you committed against Gambians. Have
a great day,Mr.President. We look forward the day when you will be
whisked away to Mile Two prison. Down with Jammeh and the APRC!!!
