President
Jammeh is ready to change our currency with ill intensions. Thomas De
La Rue is a European Company (its actual Country of origin known to
many anyway) I will deliberately leave President Jammeh to tell us the
country when he is irate again. Certainly he will be so angry in days
to come because I have promised that there will be facts and specific
details that will make President Jammeh sob in his own house.
President Jammeh hoards currency "misfits" when there is excess.
President
Jammeh was heard all over the place saying he has access to Allah's
bank. Allah has no bank for one person. President Jammeh has access to
Satan's bank. From 1994 he has indeed been a close associate of
Satan,therefore Satan has achieved its goal. As a result of that Satan
has finally decided to congratulate him at the end. President Jammeh
and the governor of Central bank plus other officials in that dirty
bank are once again ready to hoard what specialists call "Currency
Misfits". These
"misfits" are the excess of production from minting machines. They
could have been considered "depressed" products and then kept for
recycling as the notes could still be used for printing new good ones
if recycled as unused material. These "misfits" are not fit to be used
when the capacity exceeds the serial numbers required to match our
country's GDP. Usually techinicians or managers at the minting machine
ie Thomas De La Rue ask the recipients if they want to destroy the
excess notes cum the "mistfits" or not? The minting company can only
ask but will never propose the next step. They care less as far as they
are being paid in foreign exhange. Of course if these minting
techinicians were being paid in our local currency they would have
cared. Here we are witnessing two sides of the coin ready to exploit
our impoverished people. Companies like Thomas De La Rue may as well
take note that their customer President Jammeh does not destroy these
currency "misfits" he hoards them at a special account at the central
bank.
What President Jammeh does with these "misfits" in our currency...
According
to a source I spoke to today President Jammeh has two opposing accounts
that were doing these dirty tricks for him. One of the accounts has
been closed ie the one at the continent bank.At the central bank the
account is called SULEIMAN JUNKUNG MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ACCOUNT its number
is coded. At the Continent bank his account had a number like any other
one ie it was Account Number(00-11-704). This is why President Jammeh
hates seeing Halifa Sallah asking for a special investigation on the
defunct continent bank. Even Halifa is yet to know the magnitude of the
discrepancies at hand. We will help the Gambians and the world know far
more on President Jammeh's bursting hypocrisy. He will for sure be
exposed beyond redemption.
Why these currency "misfits" are too bad for our country's economy?
These
currency "misfits" are not the least good for our country's economy.
They are like acid as far as our economy is concerned. These are notes
that cause rapid inflation. This is what happened in Guinea Bissau some
years back. Under normal circumstances when a new currency is printed
the actual notes on circulation should match the country's GDP-Gross
Domestic Production. Anything more causes a high inflation rate in our
Banks,streets,markets,home etc. This means Gambians will be using a
50kg bag full of currency notes only to buy a bag of rice! Is that not
hardship?
President
Jammeh forcefully injects these "misfits" into our currency. He
circumvents what the economists advise him to do. He does what he
likes. He enjoys putting money into his pockets dishing it out to
dancers. These are the very notes he used to hand over to our women on
their way to Albert market posing as a sympathetic leader. He was
nothing other than a powerful Yayah the Gambian leader-robber.
Why President Jammeh will never let go these currency "misfits?- His Jet Fuel and his wife's trips high on the agenda.
President
Jammeh needs these "misfits" too bad. He was being educated on how to
mask his corruption by people like Lang Conteh and the governor of
Central bank Mr Jatta plus other so-called economists within and
near the state house.
These
so-called economists told President Jammeh that he can capitalise on
these "misfits" to do a lot without leaving any trace behind. Can you
imagine how reckless some of these people can be? President Jammeh did
indeed master his lesson on "hood-economics". He uses pitfalls from the
Central banks uncontrolled FOREX Department and huge chunks from the
new currency "misfits" to fuel his jet and then spend the rest on the
niceties of the first lady's international shopping sprees. This is
President Jammeh for you all. Fuel jet is so expensive,whereas the
sellers of this fuel never accept dalasis in the first place. President
Jammeh therefore uses unexpected black market sellers to inject huge
chunks of currency "misfits" back to the Central bank. This is why Lang
Conteh created his wechtel bureau. It is only in The Gambia where the
head of FOREX Dept at the nation's central bank can register a private
foreign exchange bureau and then link that private company's funtions
to his official ones! This shady path caused a complex route for the
South African auditors. They dug a lot but have not even reached half
way yet. The world bank should use human intelligence if they want to
catch President Jammeh with more damaging facts. The facts are there
and not difficult to access once some Gambian officials are contacted
through special methods to testify on record. This can help prepare a
more concrete legal battle against President Jammeh's corrupt
practices. Jammeh can never escape an Independent audit unit.
The Suleiman Junkung Jammeh Medical Equipment Account.
President Jammeh's Banjul-Kanilai cartel is really at work.
He named this
account after his own (late) and father a former wrestler.They
use European,Gambian and Nigerian experts to help them run the show as
International money launderers. This Suleiman Junkung account has been
on for a while. It was opened up when the Bwiam hospital project was
being used to milk Colonel Muamar Al Ghadafi of Libya. Ghadafi later on
discovered the deal therefore shunned President Jammeh like a taboo.
This account is masked behind hospitals etc but in actual fact it is
the account that helped establish the YDE,Fuel the Presidential Jets
and fund other shady activities. It is in this account where President
Jammeh, Lang Conteh and Baba Jobe kept the laundered dollar notes after
succeeding in forcefully injecting the currency "misfits" into our
"normal" currency. President Jammeh's operations are so complexed that
it takes a real expert on criminology to follow and detect him. He
himself will be shocked and surprised when he reads or hears about
these revelations. This is why 'Bulfaaleh' has been silent for a while.
I have been investigating deeper facts and details on Jammeh before
coming out. We promised Gambians that President Jammeh will be tackled
with hard facts,taped voices and other implicating details as time goes
on. He is also free to defend himself on these allegations. We will
then give the public more proves.
Lang Conteh should be re-arrested and President Jammeh be questioned by Independent auditors.

Conteh's case is a peculiar one. It is much more intriguing than Baba
Jobe's. Lang Conteh is more of a thief than any Gambian on earth. He
helped wreck our country's economy for greed and his strong passion
towards gathering more assets and money.
In this piece I will justify why the former head of the Central Bank's Forex
department should have been jailed for 16 years instead of one year which ended up as an (incomplete term).
Lang
Conteh (ie on record) was found to be guilty of squandering nothing
less than D240 Million Dalasis(divide it by 30 to get the dollar
equivalence). After having been arrested Conteh was charged with 8
counts. According to a source I spoke to, each of these counts equals
to 2 years of imprisonment concurrently. Therefore this means Lang
Conteh was supposed to serve 16 years in prison altogether. This same
source also said President Jammeh uses the term "ECONOMIC CRIMES" when
he is ready to hang a member of his gang or if he is ready to hang any
head of a parastatal who refuses to dance to his tunes. For example
Baba Jobe,Mr Andrew Silva(Former head of Social Security and Fiance
Corporation) and Ms Maimuna Taal (former head of GCAA-Gambia Civil
Aviation). Baba was jailed because he was accused of snatching
something from the Suleiman Junkung account without President Jammeh's
consent. He is a former member of the gang who did something wrong and
was whipped by the head of the gang ie President Jammeh.
Mr
Silva was arrested,jailed and then tagged with false allegations
because he dared say one of his agency's generators was taken away to
Kanilai the President's home town(because Kanilai is no longer a
village). Silva revealed this at a commission of enquiry set up by
President Jammeh himself??? Why was Jammeh angry when Silva was simply
saying the facts as they were?
Maimuna
Taal is facing the same charges which are leaning on the same term
because she did not want to sponsor the APRC party's activities through
the GCAA accounts period. These are facts we have received from both
national and international sources.

Medical equipment account at the Central Bank The Gambia. This is
President Jammeh's "escrot account".
How
on earth could a head of state facilitate these dubious activities is
beyond me. President Jammeh said openly that he owns the YDE. He never
openly declared anything on the Suleiman Junkung account so we went
ahead to dig behind his foot steps and see. 'Bulfaaleh' wanted to
know why was President Jammeh silently stalking in some places and then
shouting in others? He was of course hiding something some where while
trying to show his face during the operation no compromise era. It is
pleasing and interesting for us to expose President Jammeh after many
people were helping him think he could fool the world calling himself a
clean good leader.There are people who know the real story behind the
curtains. President Jammeh does not only deserve being removed from
power,he deserves being arrested like General Noreiga of Panama was
chained. President Jammeh is a deadly political cancer in our region
and beyond. This banditry is what President Jammeh did in 2000/2001
before the elections. He wants to repeat worse than that this time.
President Jammeh is trying to prove that he is stubborn 'boy' therefore
ready to use any means necessary to intimidtate some and then use money
from the currency "misfits" to buy the integrity of few gullible
Gambians. He will fail this time because by the time 'Bulfaaleh' is
ready with Jammeh he will certainly understand what determination means!
