Dear Editor,
Please allow a space to say how sad, angry and dissapointed I am when I show Pa Saikou Kujabi's comments on Halifa Sallah.I am really speechless, and I think tribalistic idiots like Pa Saikou are holding the Gambia back.Sadly not even education can bring them to light the only thing that can change them is death.

The point that Binneh & Bulfaleh got right.

Contradictions surround Musa Jammeh's Sintet Citizenship.

As I tried to verify (investigate) the ongoing talk, it is only honest to come back and update readers on it.

A more reliable source has it that Musa Jammeh, fondly known as Musa Buluf in Sintet is not a citizen of Sintet, contradicting what I reported in my earlier thread. The source went further to reveal that when Musa's father moved from Buluf (a region in cassamance) to Sintet, Musa was already born, but that he schooled and grew up in Sintet.

Well confirmed that Lang Tombong was born in Sintet, but at some point his parents moved to Cassamance where they lived till after the 94 coup, and he re-united his divorced parents and situated them in Kuloro.

Tumbulli Tamba was born in Sintet and his lineage is still there.

Verdict: Should non-Gambians be allowed in the military? They should go by the Gambian constitution, and if Musa haven't naturalized yet, then he should do so right away. Otherwise, the matter is a violation of the Gambian constitution. How should Musa be tried? First, on his citizenship, and then any other atrocity that he committed.

Cc. to all forums for rectification, and to serve the records. Sorry for any inconvenience that the earlier thread created.

Yours in the struggle,
Gainako

Mr/Mrs. Editor,

I read with dissapointment on you article that "many folks in DC and its surroundings are modou modous".

I have been in this country for 20 years.  I have had an opportunity to be a janitor, parking lot attendant, waiter, bus boy, and need not let you know what I do know.  I am proud of the route i took to get to where I am at.  The only oportunity i did not have is flip burgers at McDonalds and would have been proud doing it.  As a person selling advertising on you site, be careful as one of the so called "modou modous" could be one off your clients that brings in revenue to support you glorious profession.  Please do more spell checking prior to publishing also.

Please refrain from the generalisation.  My two cents....................

I will appreciate that you do not print my name on your readers point of view if you opt to do so

Sincerely.

Editors note: We apologise for any discomfort the said statement might have caused to you and other Gambians in DC and its surrounding. But the bottom line is that Tijan Masseneh Ceesay was an illegal immigrant prior to his appointment as a diplomat. Let him dispute this and we provide the evidence "Jaharang." Agreed, Suwokuta should have confined his statement on the Modou Modou's on Ekubopa as a person  and avoid generalising it. Ekubopa was a hustler period. Regarding spell check, we will do our best to remedy the situation.  We appreciate your concerns.
