Lally
Diab is a young lady in The Gambia of Lebanese origin. She is the
daughter of Nahla Diab's step father. Lally's father is the last born
or "chaat" of the patrilineal side of the Diab eldership.
Her
and President Jammeh had a close romantic relationship in the past.
This information was given to me from a Morroccan working at the State
house. It was also confirmed by three other state guards who knew
everything about the romantic side of President Jammeh. If Jammeh was
engaged on personal romantic relationship without using it to usurp
power we would not have said a word about it on line. However, the fact
that he used this relationship to eliminate a mature intellectual who
has done so much for our land is our beef with him. Lally Diab dares
not refute these allegations because if she does we will be more

asked not to be going to the state house too often. She knows what she
asked from the President to warrant him changing the cell phone number
he gave to her in the past. She also knows what Zeinab's take is on
this dirty game between her and President Jammeh.

is a lady who has a strong passion for people in positions of power.
She does not love anyone of these people he dates, she uses her eyes
and mind to win contracts through weak men like that. Lally according
to my source was so instrumental in helping Sheikh Tijan Hydara get his
job back. Infact she bought a car for Hydara when he was first layed
off. They went to the USA together on a pre-marital "honey moon". Honey
moons are post marital but in her case she had to rush Hydara out for a
while to give her a better chance to convince her old boy friend rehire
him. She of course won the game with our romantic president.

Diab arranges engineers for the generator at Kanilai. She is always
aware of power outages that directly affect the President's own
household. She is not an engineer but arranges for technicians to go
and do the job. This is part of the deals between President Jammeh and
her. It also gives her access to the place at anytime. Of course this
can make her come in and out as she likes it. This is one factor that
really pisses off Zeinab Jammeh. She has openly complained about Lally
Diab to people close to her. The First lady's marital life is always
affected by a line of endless adulterers. This is a fact. It is not
healthy,it has to stop because the presidency is really being
disrespected by Jammeh himself. How can he be openly showing these
young soldiers this dirty side of your life and then expect them to
respect him? These soldiers are constantly being disgraced. How can
someone stand for hours guarding an adulterer? These are the reasons
that lead to these so-called foiled coups. President Jammeh frames
these people,sends them away because they have seen enough of his play
boy manners. If some of those Gambians yapping in his favour knew who
President Jammeh really is they wouldn't reserve any ounce of respect

How President Jammeh helped Lally get the funds to renovate the Ocean Bay hotel or former Amie's beach hotel?

Diab is always awarded endless construction contracts at Kanilai.
President Jammeh has two passions ie he likes erecting structures for
no reason,he also likes purchasing cars only to park them there for
years. All he wants is to be seeing these cars before his eyes as he
feeds his ostriches and croccodiles. Lally
receives advance and complete payments from President Jammeh even
before starting these contracts as and when they are awarded to her
Emporium Company. She inturn took these proceeds to complete her
D7000,000(Million Dalasi) renovation contract of Ocean Bay hotel. This
means Lally Diab made 100% profit over people's head just like that.
Lally Diab's role on the sudden deportation of Tarik Musa.
President
Jammeh still owes Tarik Musa D3Million (Dalasis). These are accumulated
debts from the time of YDE to now. For this reason and other petty
issues emanating from Lally Diab's circle President Jammeh pounced on
poor Tarik the same way he did to Andrew Sylva. President Jammeh's
"pets" are many in town. Most of the time they are faces
ordinary people do not even think about. The greater part are ladies.
Lally Diab is one of President Jammeh's special "pets". She is a
potental target when Jammeh is dragged out of the state house sooner
than he expects it to happen. Lally's own husband Sheikh Tijan Hydara
used to be a registrar of companies at the Dept of state for justice.
He of course leaked a lot of information to her about some of her
competitors. This is the line of interest between her and Lally. He
still feeds her with information on any company that poses a threat to
Lally's business. This plus other issues led to the deportation of
Tarik Musa. Tarik is back in towm with his big necklace running around
like a comedian. He may fidget when he sees this story because he is so

President
Jammeh's problem with Tarik Musa, a Lebanese businessman was due to
intelligence he Jammeh received that Tarik was messing with his secret
woman Lally Diab. Tarik's deportation was triggered by these so called
intelligence reports passed on to Jammeh by one of his errand boys.
Mr.Musa was arrested and later taken to the NIA offices. In a bid to
confuse Tarik, the NIA told him that he Tarik was spreading rumours
that President Jammeh was going out with Lally Diab. That the President
was cheating his wife Zeinab Suma Jammeh. Tarik was later released, but
warned not go to near Madam Diab. Jammeh personally enquired from Lally
whether she was going out with Tarik Musa. We will explain her reaction
as we proceed with this master piece.
President Jammeh
personally opened Madam Diab store along the Kairaba Avenue when she
hits the business market. The President has a special liking for this
woman. He told the woman in one of their private randaveous that his
government was going to give her full security. And this was what
happens. This lady was given free duty waiver for the goods she brought
into the country for a period of one year. Jammeh personally sponsored
her, I was told to run her business. The same lady was said to have
confessed to Jammeh that Tarik Musa was harassing her over the phone.
That Tarik was making unsolicited visits to her office in a bid to lure
her into a relationship. But the truth be told, Lally is ungrateful.
Tarik helped this lady to be what she is today. She was all the time
going out with Tarik, but when Jammeh started knocking at her doors,
she decided to disown Tarik Musa.
Tarik Musa is back in
Banjul, as the government decided to lift his deportation orders. But
the man is still being monitored by the NIA. Jammeh don't joke when it
comes to women issues. Jammeh will be shocked about these revelations,
but this was what happened between him and Tarik Musa. Jammeh is
player. He is not sincere to his wife at all. He hate to see fair
coloured lady.
Lally Diab and SG Mamburay Njie have a hidden project in favour of President Jammeh-The Gambia University.
The
project on the construction of The Gambia University was specially
designed by Lally Diab in collaboration with Secretary General Mamburay
Njie. This is a darling project of the Emporium Company. It is so dear
to them. They will do anything to get it. The "they" here is Lally Diab
because she is everything for that company. Mamburay Njie works
hand-in-hand with Lally Diab. President Jammeh keeps on fuming and
whining when such revelations are put on line. A word of advise for
Jammeh here,he has to check around him first and stop castigating
innocent people. The revelations are coming from within. How could we
have had access to these deep and dirty things if his own loyalists
were not leaking?
Instead
of working on charges spinning around espionage and other nonsensical
things why not President Jammeh revisits his list of loyal business
people and civil servants. Enough of using soldiers as scape goats.
These soldies know nothing about contracts. However, they know
something about his romantic life. President Jammeh has to stop his
silly threats and respect checks and balances if he wants to be
considered a serious democrat. He will one day be changed through
democratic means.
SSFHC,Ocean Bay Hotel. A Romantic Lebanese Lady Lally Diab.
Andrew Sylva victimised in a vicious cylce.
The
Case surrounding the former head of the SSFHC Mr Andrew Sylva is still
fresh in the minds of Gambians home and abroad. Mr Sylva himself is yet
to discover the real reason behind his arrest and unceremonious
dismissal. Mr Sylva was so principled that he touched our
President's romantic nerve without knowing it. The former SSFHC boss
crashed with President Jammeh when he insisted on using accurate
Investment guide lines vis-a-vis the contract affecting the renovation
of Ocean Bay Hotel formerly known as Amie's Beach Hotel. Amie's Beach
hotel used to be under the ownership of late businessman Saikou Ceesay.
It was named after his wife Amie Jallow. Amie Jallow's family
lineage according to my source is originally from a village called Kerr
Amadou Faayal in Jokadou District. She is a distant relative of Vice
President Isatou Njie Saidy according to my reliable source. This same
hotel which was named after Amie later on fell in the hands of
Millionaire Babanding Sisoho of Mali. It was siezed from Saikou after
the July 22nd coup. These were the days when Former chairman of the
APRC Lt Yaya Jammeh used to say..."A Gambian so-called millionaire was
helped by Former President Jawara to steal and build a hotel. We the
soldiers with a difference will sieze it and sell it to a true son of
Africa from Mali.." This true son of Africa from Mali was later on
arrested in the USA on theft,bribery and forgery. This is poetic
justice. Afterwards SSFHC bought the hotel from Babanding Sisoho. The
intension of director Andrew Sylva was to invest and help revolve those
funds to encourage positive development like housing schemes for our
poor civil servants and poor private families within the urban area etc
to at least have shelter. Many civil servants were grilled for years
and then left to strawl the streets like stray pets! This is too bad
for our people to endure for the sake of one Romantic Lebanese lady in
the name of Lally Diab,owner of Emporium Construction Company.
After
the SSFHC bought the Amie's beach hotel Andrew Sylva wanted the
contract ie on the renovation of the hotel to be sent out there as a
public tender. Ideas like that would have automatically qualified the
ARPC government to stay on the good list of countries eligible for the
MCA. But no! President Jammeh stepped in with full force. He fried
Andrew Sylva with his unjust evil heart again. At this juncture
President Jammeh interfered by forcefully telling Abdrew to award the
contract to Emporium Construction Company directly. These were bad days
for Sylva. He insisted on doing what was right but was threatened by
the usual jargon..."This is an executive order from the top..." Sylva
never bowed according to sources. This made him a qualified candiate to
enter into President Jammeh's black diary. President Jammeh was heard saying this during those days..."
Mr Sylva will know me. If I want something no one should question why?"
Later on Sylva was put under the lasers of Jammeh. What followed
afterwards was an open secret. Everyone saw. If Andrew Sylva was not
acquitted and discharged at court level President Jammeh was going to
treat him exactly the same way he did to Baba Jobe. Infact my source
said,President Jammeh is still planning to hook Sylva into some bad
stuff at anytime. The relationship between President Jammeh and Lally
Diab was no secret at the State house.
