The father in law of Ambassador Essa Bokarr Sey the biological father of Mrs Neneh Touray Sey the wife of Ambassador Sey, passed away today the 3rd day of September 2010.
The deceased name was Abdourahman Touray commonly known as Daraman Touray.
The following members of the Touray, Mbai and Bah families are sharing this sad news with the entire population in Senegal and The Gambia.
