An official of the Royal Victoria Hospital, Alhagie Baboucarr Ngum, has denied knowledge about the death of the detained former NIA boss Abdoulie Kujabi, who was said to have been hospitalized at the nation’s main hospital, few days ago after he allegedly suffered torture while in custody. Mr. Ngum’s denial followed widespread reports circulating about the death of Abdoulie Kujabi. Mr. Kujabi, who is an uncle to President Yahya Jammeh, was held together with a score of civilian and military detainees after been accused of plotting to overthrow the ruling APRC government.
