HOROMSI:"Interesting times-The pot calling the kettle black,chey!!! Wednesday, May 03, 2006 (371 reads)
Horomsi:” Interesting times in The Gambia….Ambaykoladay…Denailaleere. The pot calling the kettle black? Chey… Is this yet another conspiracy theory against the innocent? Why volunteering information to the Freedom Newspaper, at this hour? Why the pen names to black mail others? Look, we are too experienced to be fooled. This paper deals with credible sources and not those who have an axe to grind with fallen friends. You see, both former and present Jammeh workers are trying to expose each others dirty leans in the open. Bahnadal lapdenaleer soon. Our own Bufaaleh is being trailed by the NIA? For what? Let them tell us. They are busy trying to connect the dots here and there… Who is exposing Gambia’s secrets? Now they are trying to frame a local investor.. Hummmm. The Freedom Newspaper, do not discriminate others because of their political affiliations. But please try to feed us with accurate and reliable information. We would not hesitate to turn down news tip offs and stories that are misleading and malicious. This paper cannot be used to settle old political scores. Please take note of this. Get your facts right before contacting us. We will never doubt the reliability of our contacts at the state House, Kanilai, the Nia, the Police and the military. They are very trustworthy and dependable. We are bid apprehensive about the intentions of the new undercover online informants, who seemingly have an axe to grind with their fallen friends. You are free to send your news tips and opinion pieces, but bear in mind that this paper also reserves the right not to publish misleading and malicious information on persons of private citizens. Alabraka. Jerringajef. Arjarama. Have a great day…

BREAKING NEWS:Gambia - Annual report 2006-Au and world leaders urged to end Jammeh's impunity!!! Wednesday, May 03, 2006 (521 reads)
Gambia - Annual report 2006
For several years, Reporters Without Borders has been trying unsuccessfully to alert international opinion to the state of press freedom in the Gambia of President Yahya Jammeh. Neither the African Union, nor the United States or the UK appear to have taken seriously the agonised appeals from journalists in this small English-speaking country surrounded by Senegal. As a result, the situation worsens year by year.

THE AU, UN AND WORLD LEADERS SHOULD COME TO GAMBIA'S AID. JAMMEH IS A THREAT TO WORLD PEACE. IT IS TIME TO LISTEN TO THE CALLS MADE BY THE REPORTERS WITHOUT BORDERS, INCLUDING THIS VERY PAPER ON GAMBIA'S PLIGHT.

PANORAMA with 'Bulfaaleh' 'Belledame' tailoring,State risk allowance,President Jammeh's extreme paranoia. Wednesday, May 03, 2006 (512 reads)
President Jammeh,Yankuba Touray spent thousands of dollars at 'belledame' tailoring-Tobacco Road Banjul...
'Belledame' tailoring is a Senegalese tailor's workshop in Tobacco road Banjul. This is a man commonly known as Paap.Paap has been sewing so many styles for President Jammeh. This tailor made everything Jammeh puts on. He has been making a lot of money from President Jammeh.Jammeh means two important things to Paap. He is a client and customer service rep. Of course Paap whispers into the ears of those coming to his workshop i.e. that he is the president's tailor. This is an effective marketing strategy.

Blame Gambians For The Growth of Jammeh Wednesday, May 03, 2006 (475 reads)
BY SARJO BAYANG, UK
Though Jammeh abuses the political gentle nature of Gambians, it is still the people of Gambia who bear the responsibility for cultivating Jammeh. Politics has been associated with economic gains and a mode of socialization. The few who consider themselves wiser than the rest of society play it to suit their selfish ungracious desires. It all began when Gambians thought it was politics as usual at a time Jammeh with his fist of deception baffled the course of history. He made lot of people believe in what he was not thinking about. While he was thinking of how to turn everything up-side-down for everybody, those who stood by him thought he was the man to worth their support.

JAMMEH LIVING LARGE-BUT WILL SOON GO

Jammeh's Tribalism and Power Grab: What is going on? Tuesday, May 02, 2006 (427 reads)
BY ASSOCIATE EDITOR, MATHEW K JALLOW
They call it the National Assembly
But, I call it the biggest joke of all time.
The People's House; now the house of Jammeh
The APRC puppets; dancing to Yahya's golo music
I scratch my head; but I still cannot understand
The powers to dissolve; one more nail in the coffin
You don't know what you gave up; stupid
Until Marshal Law blanket our dear land
For there goes our country's Birth Right
Ten pieces of silver is all you got for it; ndey san

PANORAMA with 'Bulfaaleh' GAMCO Who the share holders are...Investors watch out! Monday, May 01, 2006 (695 reads)
Wasn't Social Security and Housing Finance Cooperation forced to guarantee GAMCO at Trust bank...?
There is no Gambian who dislikes seeing investors surge towards home, however not when we have a president who is a share holder in all major companies. President Jammeh in 2004 openly declared that he owns YDE! Why he was not impeached for this maybe beyond comprehension for democrats, of course it is normal in The Gambia today. He could not stop himself from committing suicide politically, therefore decided to be so shameless before the public. He covered his shame by pretending to be so angry with Baba Jobe. This means nothing to the Gambian farmers who are at the receiving end. Talking about Baba Jobe is not what the Gambian farmers want to hear.
