PANORAMA with 'Bulfaaleh'-Taiwanese envoy using Coup in Gambia to send mocking words to Senegal?
Monday, April 03, 2006 (330 reads)

The Taiwanese Ambassador is speaking for APRC inside our country!

It is appalling and a big disgrace to see the way the Taiwanese Ambassador is taking sides in our local politics. He has been seen, noticed and realised as an active supporter of the APRC but for some reason Gambians chose to let go. However, this diplomatic envoy's comments and involvement into our local politics is now getting out of hand.He has to be stopped. There are Gambians murmuring about his open and active role in defense of the APRC governent. He may as well not care because he thinks President Jammeh will stay there for ever.

EDITORIAL:WHO WILL REPLACE JAMMEH? NOT THE DIVIDED OPPOSITION!!!
Monday, April 03, 2006 (272 reads)

  EDITORIAL

Our disintegrated opposition are doing disservice to Gambians and their supporters. This leadership greed is undermining the growing demand for change in The Gambia. What is happening in today’s Gambian opposition camps is “Jangfa” and leadership greed. They all want to be on the top and none of them bothered to find out what it takes to be on the top. The mere fact that these so called politicians could not succeed to come under one umbrella to fight dictator Jammeh in the coming October polls, goes to show that they are not qualified to be entrusted with leadership role. The truth be told, these people put personal interest ahead of national interest.

PANORAMA with 'Bulfaaleh' Balla Jahumpa confirms the unsaid....JAWARA JOINED APRC?
Monday, April 03, 2006 (506 reads)

Isn't Balla Jahumpa an irate talker who's misleading the regime?

In an irate way Secretary of state Balla Jahumpa did not mince his words during a rally in Wuli.He was as well quoted along those very sentiments by the daily observer in today's edition refer to (www.dailyobserver.gm) or buy a copy in the streets of Bakau,Banjul,Serekunda and so on. Balla openly and in an uncomprising way lambasted former PPP Ministers(as he called them) recycled politicians. These former PPP stalwarts Jahumpa said should emulate former President Jawara whom he confirmed has joined hands with the APRC.

It pains when one hears bad news every time. The TV is bleeding with bad news, the Radio station is also steaming with bad news, the streets are filled with bitterness, families are whining every time. Endless complains every where. There is no doubt in any Gambian's mind that these are bad days for all of us.

Sunday, April 02, 2006 (463 reads)

What the streets, booths and families in The greater Banjul area are whispering about Cherno Boggal and President Jammeh...

Is it true or not true? Are these two old friends fighting one another now? It is an open secret for every Gambian that Cherno Boggal has been pronounced as president Jammeh's closest spiritual guide.Today I was amazed and then confused when I met Sulei on the ferry.Sulei said I can mention his name because he cares less. Sulei is a devout talibe of Boggal. He loves the man more than Boggal loves himself.

HOROMSI:JAMMEH'S SLEEPLESS NIGHTS?
Sunday, April 02, 2006 (441 reads)

Horomsi: “President Yahya Jammeh is a full fledge soldier these days. He dressed in military uniform, while at work. Are we witnessing another military transition? Well placed state house sources said the former chairman is sometimes armed. What is going on at Kanilai and state House Banjul? Jilanka is living in a state of fear and paranoia. Perhaps, he will ask the Mauritanian government to send their commandos to provide him security. The man does not even trust his right hand man Bombaredeh alias Kawsu Camara. He is heard saying day in day out that “Let them try me and see.” Who are these people giving Jilanka sleepless nights? The wind of change is blowing like a wild fire. Let the voters decide their own destiny. The soldiers should be patient and allow the democratic process to move on. Jammeh got  to go come October.“
