EX NIA Officer Releases Confidential Information About Fatou Jaw Manneh's Case!!! Monday, April 28, 2008 (908 reads)
By An Ex- Security Officer
Thanks P. Mbai and Hamadi Maasinah. I disagree a bit about your DONE DEAL piece on journalist Fatou Jaw Manneh. In fact it is the other way around here on the ground. The government is looking for anything that will save them from this case. Yaya will sneak to Fatou and say he is sorry if he has the chance. We never have this kind of a case here.I think you are giving verdict very fast here. It is not that easy for Magistrate Buba Jawo neither for any of us, security agents who have been on this case. She is your colleague but know that you are not helping the matter by coming up with those write-ups. Actually the NIA started hunting her in Dakar when you published that she was in Dakar dishing out gifts which was not true. Remember?. She has big connections in Dakar that we learned and that was why the NIA did everything to seal all her routes. So please watch out for what you write sometimes. It does not help her.

SEYFO MORRO JAWLA SACKED!!!! Sunday, April 27, 2008 (525 reads)
SEYFO MORRO JAWLA SACKED
By: A Sami Resident.
The people of Sami district on Monday, April 21st, were the happiest people ever in the tiny Gambia when Morro Jawla was finally sacked by the powerful president Yahya Jammeh. He has been replaced by Kibo Leigh of Sami Pachonki village, a staunch supporter of APRC. Morro Jawla became chief of Sami in August, 2000 when the Supreme Court of The Gambia terminated Kebba Fanta Komma’s chieftaincy and declared an election for the vacant position. Morro Jawla has been the second chief to be humiliated by the president despite all his support for him at the district level thus making him to be at odds with people. Morro’s arrogance during his chieftaincy has caught people at a great surprise as he is known to be a very disciplined and responsive man. Since his decency to the chieftaincy, he distanced himself from the people who voted him to the position. Morro is also known for his anti- opposition comments and sentiments at political rallies and on Radio Basse.

: Fatou Jaw Manneh will survive- Writes Mama Njie Sunday, April 27, 2008 (327 reads)
Thanks again freedom and all your commentators. Thanks Hammadi for the analysis. For your info their are many gambians on the ground following Fatou's case and praying for her. Yaya and a camp of cruel followers are doing anything possible to send her to jail, but their are a lot of very powerful and concerned individuals within his circles who are also doing everything to sabtage this move. Let us watch and see this interesting circus. People are praying for fatou day and night.
All she needs are our prayers. We are sure she can take care of herself even if she is taken a jail in south africa. They can dip with her in the atlantic ocean and back and am sure she will be intact. The feelings ruunning between yaya's camp and sure within fatou are mutual. We are not intervening. She will come out of this as beautiful as ever. All she needs are our prayers. The witness i heard whose identity they are concealing is just a coward. He has complained to people that he does not want to be in this. And he is embarrassed for his name to be attached to very stupid answers.
Be rest assured that FATOU IS NOT GOING TO JAIL yet.Thanks.

Ajacksonebrima Is A Fool- K B Writes From Texas!! Sunday, April 27, 2008 (258 reads)
Mr Mbai
Ajacksonebrima is one of those people that are helping to keep Jammeh in power. Jammeh alone will not be able to do all the evil things he does if it wasn't for people like this looney helping him cover up his wrongs. Did he know about free speech? How dare he threaten your family. Don't mind this fool. He is just looking for attention and seeking recognition from "tony". May be he is under Jammeh's payroll or trying to please him. He thinks Jammeh is doing Gambians a favor and he is some savior or something. That the kind of attitude Jammeh has by the way. Every thing good about Gambia, Jammeh thinks it's because of generosity. How about his extra judicial killing, premeditated murders of journalists, foreigners, soldiers and students? Is all this the medias fault ajacksonebrima? How about the corruption, nepotism and politics of patronage in the Gambia. do you blame it all on Mr Mbai. Man you need to chill and stop this madness, Mr. Jackson. It's people like you who have ruin Gambia and the world in general.

PROSE: “STIMULUS-RESPONSE” UNBIAS BASIC INSTINCTS. Sunday, April 27, 2008 (208 reads)
PROSE: “STIMULUS-RESPONSE” UNBIAS BASIC INSTINCTS.
Author:Essa Bokarr SEY
Today we are going to start with this. That is, diagnosing the lessons being spread by Dr 'Kufaarak' out in the streets. Everything in these lesson plans of our famous Dr 'Kufaaarak' is like what methodologists call the "stimulus-response". Here it is about repeating the names of objects over and over while looking at them or their visual aids.

In Fatou Jaw Manneh’s case “concealed” state witnesses revealed. They are working for the NIA analyses unit. Saturday, April 26, 2008 (740 reads)
In Fatou Jaw Manneh’s case “concealed” state witnesses revealed. They are working for the NIA analyses unit.
By Hammadi Maasinah
Once again Yahya Jammeh’s government is ready to use electrocuting hidden details to “finish” a Gambian journalist. If Fatou Jaw Manneh was male or did not have any international publicity surrounding her trial, the Jammeh government would have never ever thought about a camera trial for her. Never ever I mean. She has two advantages here. That is, she is female and a journalist. These two attract international attention very quickly because both are so vulnerable under a dictator like Yahya Jammeh. On the other hand President Jammeh is the very one who wants to make sure that Fatou Jaw Manneh is punished for what he sees as an “unpatriotic” way of criticizing his government.

Keep Up The Good Work- Says A Freedom Newspaper Reader!! Saturday, April 26, 2008 (252 reads)
By Demba Cham
Dear Pa,
It is very interesting to read your paper. I want to say you are doing a wounderful job for the Gambia. It is just too sad that people like Ajacksonebrima (Ebrima A Jackson) or what he may call himself, Is among the people pulling the Gambia behind. I dont think it is of any use to upen a debate with him. He is just like me, A half education. Look at the very poor grammer and spellings in that uneditted tetter of his you past. A million wallclocks will not wake such people up.
He seams to be in the 18th century, He has never been to even Dakar, so you cant debate with him. He will be more than happy if you ha written that Jammeh is curing AIDS and all uncurable sicknesses, and has an MMB from GOD's university. So just give him that and move on. We have more interesting thing to read in your paper than such fulish minded peoples' ideas.
I will Thank All your informant in the Gambia. They are doing wounderful. Sometimes one may think that they have magic ine atracting news, that is what we expect from them. If jammen thinks he can stop people from reading your paper he most be like Ajacksonebrim ( a BIG fool) We are in the 21st century and there are thousand ways to pass news. You can never block all of them.
One again am happy you doing a good work and Alla will pay you for what you doin for you country.
One day Jammeh will also be paied for what he is doing for his country.
Thanks, freedom is my favorite.
Bye.
