The half a million United States dollars law suit brought against the administration of President Yahya Jammeh, by a leading US lobby Group EAW, INC, has resurfaced again, with Gambia's Ambassador to the United Nations Crispin Grey-Johnson, being grilled by the lobby firm's lawyer(s) on the said high civil suit. Johnson explained how The Gambian government lobbied  to attract US investors into the West African country. The Gambian diplomat says the government had key areas in their  plan, which according him includes tourism, agriculture, gas, among a host of others.

Following the sudden resignation of the UDP leader Ousianou Darboe, from NADD, the leadership of the National Alliance For Democracy and Developement (NADD) issued a press statement insisting that Gambia's newest opposition coalition was in good shape despite Darboe's depature.
