Banjul, The Gambia:News just came in that one of President Yahya Jammeh's close confidant Aziz Tamba has been arrested. Aziz Tamba was arrested alongside with one Kawsu Bojang reliable sources hinted today. Aziz Tamba runs private errands for President Jammeh. Leaks from the state house suggest that Tamba was among the junglers that execute secret killings in that impoverished West African country. The circumstances surrounding their arrest is not yet clear, but what is evident is that there is a big shake up at the state house. Washington -- A global press advocacy group is deploring attacks by China, Cuba and The Gambia against independent online journalists who use the Internet to transmit news about their countries to readers around the world.The New York-based Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) said the latest manifestation of this human rights abuse is the two-year prison sentence given October 25 to Internet writer Li Jianping of China, more than six months after the Chinese government tried him on charges of "inciting subversion of state authority."

After reading the interview you conducted with Bouba Camara,I felt glad about the contents and the perspectives expressed therein. I could not simply ignore the feelings I had after seeing through some of his critical analysis,they are great.I do agree with Bouba particularly when one thinks about the 6% margin he compared to the 36% with reference to banking abroad and back home. However even whereas the percentages are different when one looks at the margin,the question that remains in many minds is still WHY? but not HOW? WHY? is closer to worrisome complaints whereas HOW? could be a key towards the door of innovation. Innovate! do not imitate!

Gambia's secret agents have arrested Abdou Jobe former Managing of the country's energy sector known as NAWEC, dependable sources told this news medium. Mr.Jobe who was recently granted bail on economic crime charges alongside with his colleague Bahoum, is now behind bars. Jobe widely known as "Ndobin" is reportedly detained at the country's Central Prisons. While the state is refusing to disclose the reason for his arrest, reports have it that Jobe was being silence from spilling the beans regarding the recently privatized energy sector which he earlier refuses to okay when approached by some foreign investors.
