Breaking News: Ex-Major Kalifa Bajinka under fire Sunday, October 07, 2007 (2192 reads)
Gambians resident in US begin to speak!
Freedom Editors set records straight
Lamin Tunkara, Raleigh
Go ahead Pa!!! And please be intimidated not by anyone and succumb not to any pressure from “Camp Bajinka” whose interest is to portray the Major as a victim deserving a second chance and forgiveness. Report as you see it fit and fair and if that means enlightening us about our current and/or former gov’t officials picking up trash at MacDonald’s, please bring it on because we are ready to take. If Mr. Major made it his business on the streets of New York talking about how corrupt and evil, the APRC GOV’T and Jammeh was, people will be listening to him. But he must also be ready to answer calls as to what part he played during his service to that gov’t. Tell him that making the remarks he is making I don’t care wherever he is, comes with a price. And that means he will be scrutinized. Do not expect an easy ride.

Hammadi Maasinah takes issues with Sajar Taal over Daily Observer's stinking editorial Sunday, October 07, 2007 (1073 reads)
Taal and Observer's criminal activities exposed
"DR SAJAR 'DRUNKARD' TAAL WE ARE CYBER SAINTS!" says Hammadi Maasinah
Looking at helpless men and women like Dr 'Drunkard' Sajar Taal makes me want to sob in tears! Sajar was using the word UMGAMBIAN! Dr Taal good old big brother, let me tell you one thing today. Anything UMGAMBIAN starts from Yahya's own backyard before reaching those being called cyber-terrorists in your dictionary of complete insanity. The word "activists" or "saints" is what patriotic Gambians and good friends of The Gambia call us. Did you know that? These terms suit those who want to uproot this stinking regime more than anything else. A simple lesson for you. Go ahead and read more. A doctorate in tourism is just too cheap! Infact what has tourism got to do with professional journalism if you are calling other journalists names! Where do you fit? You are neither fish nor meat. "Doh Jenn Doh Yappa"

A strategic answer to Yahya Jammeh's brutality - A B C Sunday, October 07, 2007 (1079 reads)
by TIMBUKTU
A-TACKLING THE KILLERS IN CIVILIAN CLOTHING INSIDE BANJUL
Time has proven to all and sundry that Yahya Jammeh cannot be tackled by elections because he is a dictator period. Once upon a time he openly said at the Banjul arch 22 that he is a "dicator for development"-that is absolutely true! He is a dictator for unsavoury development. I have always been telling Gambians that Yahya is not the only bitter root in Banjul. He maybe the huge bitter root, however,on the other hand those killers in civilian clothing working with him, have always been my targets alongside.

Throwing those cowry shells, searching for that bleak future.
Search,search,search!
Looting with stinking roots where brooding is for those who lose.
Power in the closet of a demon feeding on myth.
