While hunger and acute food shortages continue to threaten the lives of poverty stricken Gambians, Gambian dictator Yahya Jammeh, has bought a multi-million dalasi mansion home in Dubai, for his gold-digger Moroccan wife Zeinab Souma Jammeh, the Freedom Newspaper can reveal. The luxurious home, was bought for roughly $50 Million dollars, according to competent State House sources familiar with the story.
Former Protocol officer attached to the First Lady, Fatou Njie, was present during the transaction of the sale of the multi-million Dubai home. Ms. Njie is now working at The Gambian Embassy in Nigeria, as a Diplomat. She is privy to the details of the newly purchased home belonging to Jammeh’s wife, sources said.
Ms. Zeinab Jammeh owns similar luxurious homes in France, and Morocco, her native country. The Jammehs also owned a $3.5 million dollars home in Potomac, Maryland. She is currently in France, with her kids on vacation.
The Jammeh State House is yet to officially announce the secret purchasing of the aforementioned homes. The dictator has been named as Africa’s most corrupt and brutal despot of our time. Jammeh uses proceeds of Gambia’s stolen state resources to buy homes and assets outside the shores of The Gambia.
The average Gambian lives below fifty cent a day, while the flamboyant Gambian tyrant is lavishly showcasing his stolen wealth overseas. It is about time for nations to question the source of Jammeh and that of his family’s assets.
