GAMBIAN POLICE ARREST SUSPECTED ARMED ROBBERS HEADING OUT TO THE BURENG LUMO WITH A PISTOL!

Two suspects have been taken into custody by the Gambian police amid allegations of armed robbery.  The two were arrested late Wednesday evening around Sare-Bakary, a village on the highway between Pakaliba and Choya, sources familiar with the story told the Freedom Newspaper.

“The two suspects were on a Jakarta motorbike heading to the Bureng lumo.  Today is Wednesday. The road was busy. They were found in possession of a pistol. They were taken to the Jareng police station to join the other two robbers, who were arrested few days ago,” said our source.

The two residents of Choya, who were attacked in the nearby bushes have been invited to report to the Jareng police tomorrow (Thursday) to identify the suspects. Bravo to the Gambian security officers for the excellent job they are doing to keep the villagers safe,” Our source added.
