Gambia’s army Commander Mamat Cham and the Adama Barrow’s National Security Adviser are currently in Ghana, Freedom Newspaper can reveal. Cham and Badjie are on an official trip. Their trip got to do with the ongoing plans for a national security reform program for The Gambia.
In another development, the government Spokesman Ebrima G Sankareh arrived in the United States this past weekend, sources said. He is going to be in the US until October 17th, sources added.
His family live in Raleigh, North Carolina. It is not clear if he is on vacation.
Last year, he visited the US around this time, when he was part of Barrow’s delegation to the United Nations. He proceeded to NC at the end of the UN Summit.
