Senegal Denies Gambian Bus From Crossing Through The Border; As Mackey Gov’t Violates An Interstate Transportation Agreement

A Gambian bus owned by Mr Doudou Jobe businessman was today stopped and refused entry with passengers  going to DAKAR after been issued an interstate transport license by the ministry of transport of The Gambia.

The Karang drivers mobilized against the bus with the help of the gendarmes to turn the bus back to The Gambia.

The interstate transportation license issued to Jobe was as a result to an interstate transportation agreement reached between Senegalese government and The Gambian government.

The agreement was signed on March 13th 2018 by the two sister governments.  Senegal is now in violation.  It is violating the interstate agreement it reached with The Gambian government.
