MOMODOU SABALLY BRANDED A “JIHADIST”, “INSURGENT”, “POTENTIAL TERRORIST”!

Editor Mbai,

In an extra-ordinary political move, Lawyer Darboe’s UDP Commando Momodou Sabally has sent a fatwa to his followers, branding TRRC Lead Counsel and Presidential candidate Essa Mbye Faal “an enemy of Islam”! UDP members led by the highly respected Yunus Hydara have objected to Commando’s behaviour and branded him “a jihadist, insurgent, potential terrorist“.

This is typical of Momodou Sabally’s character and he has attacked Essa Faal before (and if I recall correctly even attacked the UDP Spokesman Lawyer Almami Taal). Of course, he also declared that “President Barrow is my biggest enemy”!

Remember, Momodou Sabally is an individual who has been found culpable by the Janneh Commission and banned from public office for life!

The one-million dollar question now is this: will Lawyer Darboe turn a blind eye to his “Commando’s” behaviour and allow a would-be Boko-Haram to flourish under his patronage?

Sabally branded ‘potential terrorist’ as he doubles down on his Essa Faal comments

Fatunetwork, SEPTEMBER 8, 2021

Momodou Sabally has been branded a ‘potential terrorist’ over his comments directed at Essa Faal.

Mr Sabally had earlier on Wednesday endorsed a campaign which accuses Essa Faal of fighting Islam.

He came under fire for the act but the former secretary general returned to double down on his comments saying ‘my stance on this will not change in a billion years’. He said his belief is that “Essa doesn’t like religion and I believe he should not lead a country of religious people, period”.

His fellow UDP member Yunus Hydarawas ruthless in his review of Sabally’s comment.

He wroted: “I disagreed with Musa Jeng for characterizing the NPP, UDP feud as “insurgency”. But this jihadist right here is an insurgent as far as this comment is concerned. This is indecency to the highest order.”

And Peter Ndoye reacting, said: “He is a potential terrorist I used to live in Iraq I can tell.”
